Fami said this is her favorite among the songs on the album. Fami said on her t w i t t e r a few hours ago to tune in tomorrow at 8 p.m. (Japan time) for some big news.
@@GlassMoonGaming The last I looked I didn't see a similar statement from the other LB members, so this may be about a solo project of Fami's. We'll find out tomorrow!
Excellent review and explanations GMG. Can you believe that Fami never had galloped until she played Brave Hearted in the Audition. Fami is just twenty years old and looks so sweet and adorable and pretty but she really is a beast, so talented.
Fami cited the Miyako-composed "Wicked Witch" as her favorite song on the album. She said the phrasing makes it seem as if the bassline is singing and likes how the A melody intertwines with the bassline. Miyako is a musical genius! 🤟
This song could be played after Spellbound. It is about a Fairy Tale Princess and all fairy tales have a Wicked Witch. Miyako's playing similar keyboard notes on both songs. Asami's singing is very similar on both songs. The difference is Fami's bass playing. I hear a lot more bass. M&M and Haruna's musical skills are also top notch.
This song screams early Iron Maiden to me. Up the Lovebites!! 🐺🤘🏻😉 When it’s “My Orion” turn, try the version with the ladies. It’s really funny how they joke with the “Lion” concept 😅 th-cam.com/video/a9iVssLwvPM/w-d-xo.html
@@GlassMoonGaming those videos taken on premiere listening session are really interesting to watch. Along the fun stuff all ladies do, Miyako and Midori show inscriptions that say who plays this or that solo so you don't have to guess. 🙂
There is SO much melody running through the whole album. It’s really ironic how Asami has taken over the role of Miho in contributing the thrashier stuff, with Miyako showing her encyclopaedic classical knowledge giving us the prettier tunes (by and large)
@@TheCyberMantis good point, and Asami’s contributions invariably involve Mao for the arrangement and, I imagine, adding flesh to the bones of the songs. It was the point about RnB Asami becoming Painkiller Asami that I was focused on.

@@GlassMoonGaming Don't get your hopes up. Maybe in 2024. Maybe.
Turned out to be an announcement about Fami's bass score book to be released in May.
Welcome back and thank you for doing this reaction to lovebites again, LOVEBITES ROCK
That they do!
Another banger on the album! Let me know your thoughts. Don't forget to Like and Subscribe! Check out the NEW Amazon links in the description!

She's amazing! I learned about her lack of gallop during the documentary! Thanks!

WooHoo!
i'm with fami - my favorite from the cd also
Nice!
Yes, i like that bass pumping. Brilliant composing🤘🤘👍👍. All songs were amazing on this album.
Agreed! Got a few more left to go!
Ah, the snow white song. Fami's favourite.
Nice!
This song is definitely one of the highlights of the new album for me.
Completely agree!
This has to be the most melodic album by then. (at least the guitars)
Hell yeah!

Very good observation! Love it! Witches also use spells!
Normally in all lovebites music records or live the midori sounds left side and miyaco sounds right side
Good point!

I'll definitely be reacting to that version, though I wanna hear the studio version first. I've heard so much about that clip. LOL

Spellbound sequel?
Possibly!
I think that this is the Judgment day sequel. This is Snow White tales from the position of the Wicked witch and Judgment day is the prequel!
Together with Soldier Stands Solitarily my favorite from the album.
Awesome!

Don't forget about Mao. He continues to write perfect songs for Lovebites. I'm glad he is still part of the team.
