@Allison B. Hindsight is 20/20 is based off of the fact that 20/20 is the normal human eyesight/vision level and if you look at your actions in the past you would've done some things differently because some things don't go as you would've wanted or some things out of your control.
The joke is a play on words (or in this case, words and numbers). 2020 is the next US presidential elections and that in 2020 Trump's voters will vote someone else due to his actions currently (which would be in their hindsight by 2020)
