Yes , I use a different email address for my business, it helps when tracking Suppliers, invoices and for book keeping.

Please enlighten me, say I get accepted on takealot for selling calculators (a certain category) and then decide I want to sell makeup as well, do I have to re-apply to join a different category from the initial one or I just apply once.

Hi, weekly payments. The bank account you signed up with its the one you will use for all your transactions, If you don't make sales they will debit the monthly fees from the very same account . Everything is automated
Why do I have to pay delivery fees when customers get charged for delivery?
You don't pay the actual shipping cost. Maybe I am not explaining this well, I am saying there are 4 fees, monthly, fulfilment, success and storage. success fees is when your product has been delivered successfully and there are a lot of things that will be charged depending on your product value your success fee may be R20 and out of R20 that's including many things you may have paid only R2 for successful delivery.

For shipping,yes but if your product is a bottle or a bucket it's okay like that then after sticking the product labels you put everything in a shipping box.
