That's movie only. In the book she did try to run again but Edward was just faster than her and easily caught up to her. He's faster than the other vampires book wise. I don't remember this being mentioned in the movies

Once she attacked, she ended, because her powers don't work when she is willing to be in danger. She knew Edward was stronger, but she still let her anger cloud her and she died. She is not faster, she is not stronger, that is why she always runs - so her power can choose her safely.
Derrick Steward that’s why I think she and James worked so well. He had never before had his prey get away but she could and that intrigued him. To bad he was overconfident in his abilities to catch Bella. Maybe if they had stuck together Edward wouldn’t have been able to kill him. Then again, maybe she would have left James to die anyway.

This scene shows how fast Emmet is, he’s the first one to catch up to her at the start from a standing still point while she was already running and even after being thrown he still catches up to her
He’s considered the strongest member of the coven, since he’s not only the youngest member but also, at least in part, feeds on bears and big game, rather than deer or other prey. He can shrug off a lot. Mind you, Jasper and Alice are very agile and fast, almost imperceptibly so, and they still missed Victoria. Edward is the fastest out of the bunch, but also the least experienced in dealing with other vampires.

White Phoenix of the Crown animal blood doesnt satisfy them like human blood does. It doesnt make them any less weaker. Its her gift that pulls her to safety.
He would have, like Emmet, caught up to her, but would never be able to catch her. She didn't just brush Emmet off; that was actually her ability. Her ability is self preseveration. As long as she is moving away from danger, her ability continues to chart courses for her without her having to worry about it. She just has to keep moving. That flick she gave Emmet, was her ability, timing his movements and adjusting her in the right position to deflect a grab. The reason she died was because she didn't run from Edward, she attacked him. Her ability doesn't work if she's not fleeing.

They never actually make use of his speed, the writers just gave him that power and just forgot about it i seems like, they should have given that power to another cullen without extra powers because now edward has to extra abilities while they could have gave it to rosalie or carlisle or something

That explains why she was so determined and was able to track Royce down and murder him and his friends and why she is one of the most beautiful vampires in the series, besides Heidi from the Volturi and Victoria. Carlisle's gift is enhanced compassion, which explains why he is a doctor and has a coven. He wants to save lives, no matter what. If you read the books, you will understand what I'm trying to say here.

I'm a fiend for speed and l enjoy running scenes a lot and l don't know none of the twilights but. Twilight running scenes are really siickk! What l love most is how the Wolves are just not plain old regular, they are viscious biig and flex, and can actually keep up with vampires' speed! "She's in their territory now" , and miliseconds after that they join the party and stay on her tail! I love beasts , and a beast with speed is really overwhelming to witness. I really appreciate scenes and movies like these

They are vampires so their reflexes and senses are heightened and enhanced. It's pretty much described that they have already seen what they will do way before it even happens, that's how quick they are. Plus, if they did end up running into a tree they would probably break it because of how strong they are lol
The vampires were already explained, but on the wolf side of things, they're basically animals with VERY sharp instincts. They know that forest quite possibly down to the last tree. Hell, the more experienced pack members can probably run this shit with their eyes closed.

They never actually make use of his speed, the writers just gave him that power and just forgot about it i seems like, they should have given that power to another cullen without extra powers because now edward has to extra abilities while they could have gave it to rosalie or carlisle or something

But then, Carlisle would have two special abilities, and Rosalie would have three. Rosalie's gifts are enhanced beauty and tenacity (extreme determination). That explains why she was so determined and was able to track Royce down and murder him and his friends and why she is one of the most beautiful vampires in the series, besides Heidi from the Volturi and Victoria. Carlisle's gift is enhanced compassion, which explains why he is a doctor and has a coven. He wants to save lives, no matter what. If you read the books, you will understand what I'm trying to say here.

She has enhanced love. That is why she accpeted every one of the Cullens with open arms and is the most maternal out of the Cullen women. Especially since she had maternal instincts when she was a human, but then, after she was turned, it increased drastically. Same thing for Rosalie, but I'm not quite sure on Alice though.

Victoria escaped the volturi once. She wasn't really of use to them as her special power was only to protect herself

I'm a fiend for speed and l enjoy running scenes a lot and l don't know none of the twilights but. Twilight running scenes are really siickk! What l love most is how the Wolves are just not plain old regular, they are viscious biig and flex, and can actually keep up with vampires' speed! "She's in their territory now" , and miliseconds after that they join the party and stay on her tail! I love beasts , and a beast with speed is really overwhelming to witness. I really appreciate scenes and movies like these

He wouldn’t have. Victoria’s special ability is self preservation. Meyer said her feet and hands are “pulled” to safe spots/places, and it results her running like she is reading the landscape on a map. Not even the volturi could catch her when they slaughtered her coven.

They are vampires so their reflexes and senses are heightened and enhanced. It's pretty much described that they have already seen what they will do way before it even happens, that's how quick they are. Plus, if they did end up running into a tree they would probably break it because of how strong they are lol
The vampires were already explained, but on the wolf side of things, they're basically animals with VERY sharp instincts. They know that forest quite possibly down to the last tree. Hell, the more experienced pack members can probably run this shit with their eyes closed.

This might be a stretch, but Victoria’s ability, “Enhanced Self-preservation” is almost similar to Goku using the defensive aspect of Ultra Instinct, except she avoids enemies by fleeing from them entirely instead of avoiding them during actual combat!
