    Thank you Marjorie for this excellent video, slow and very clear. Just what I need as a student of Energy Medicine with Donna. I am tracing my meridians with you every day now. Yea!

    Thank you! This was an excellent video. For someone who has virtually no experience with meridians, you made it very easy for me to trace all of mine. It would be great if you had the same video, but had one that started at each of the different times of day so if one isn't beginning the practice at bladder time one wouldn't have to hop around. I'm sure once I get the hang of tracing all of the different meridians and the order of them a resource like the one suggested above wouldn't be needed, could just be supportive to those just starting out. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge!

    I do this daily now! Sometimes three times a day. It makes a huge difference and clears my meridians…..since that is what I intend. What meridian I need to start with at what time……is easy to figure out. There are plenty of charts on line now. Your video is excellent! Thank you for making it!!!!

    Can I please know why do we trace meridians? Does time in different regions matter?

    Is backwards to remove blockages and tracing to charge? The energy of all Meredians is too high, so i only have to do it backwards? Charging IT Will make things worse??

    Curious, I have done this many times (not faithfully) however, this morning when I began tracing, I suddenly broke into a cold sweat and was short winded and had to lie down before continuing. As I continued, I still felt terrible and I still do as I type this. What happened? Would you shed some light on this for me please?

    The specific work on the meridians according to their best time within a 24 hours cycle, when they are at their peak function, serves to what exactly? I mean no one will wake up every 2 hours during the night to work on the specific ones pertaining to those hours. Thank you. Your video is excellent for its clearest demo I've seen up today.

    • @marjoriefein7999
      @marjoriefein7999  7 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      First, it's obviously not necessary to work specifically on all meridians every day. If you work on your meridian system by tracing them around the clock everyday that system will get tonified overall. If specifically you wanted to give extra support to Liver and use the 24-hour clock to enhance that, you could work at the 12 hour mark. Meaning, between 1-3 PM instead of 1-3 AM. There's a powerful relationship between the 12-hour pairs. Also, then you would be working with Liver at its low point which is a great time to support it. Make sense?

    Do you have any videos demonstrating flushing ALL meridians? I saw the 2-3 individual ones you have up, but I need to practice some of the ones you do not have videos of.

    • @marjoriefein7644
      @marjoriefein7644 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Loretta, No, I have not gotten to all flushing yet! Hopefully soon, stay tuned!

    • @lorettabuckley198
      @lorettabuckley198 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Marjorie Fein Thank you. I very much look forward to them. Some of them are not easy to see where Donna places hands. Plus in her DVD the camera does not always catch the beginning and end of the tracing/flushing. Bladder and Gallbladder look very involved, therefore, difficult to follow. I will stay tuned for more of your videos. Thank you for sharing.
