1. Director Elan's real life father is also a photographer and his name is also Pandian, he acted as Jai's father in Raja Rani and many other films. Probably that's the inspiration for Lal's character.
2. Hope Yuvan doesn't follow Anirudh, Sean Roldon pattern of singing all songs by himself... actually this way of music director singing all their songs is very cringe nowadays. Unfortunately ARR is also moving towards that....

A rare moment where not able to agree fully with you, the movie does have it's flaws, that you mentioned, but overall I did have this connect through out with the protagonist, his struggles and pain did feel very real to me, apart small disconnects here and there, the big letdown for me was the climax, felt it was a bit rushed. Otherwise loved the movie.

Aana second half fulla Kavin Aditi mela mattum thaan story pogudhu, kavin actor aaga enna panraan nu last 10 mins la thaan kaatraan, theatre became restless. Also amma character epidi thideernu kavin support panranga nu therila. Indha maari neraya iruku. Anyways as usual good review this time. All the best 👍👍

I know, it doesn't stop few ppl from watching this movie. But there many folks here who just rely on your review and make decision to watch the movie. My suggestion !!! That too when the move is just having its 2nd show right now, such reviews or similar other reviews may affect the movie result, considering the kind of social media environment we are living in right now.. But, instead of it being a complete trash talk and moral policing about the movie for having problematic elements, I wanted a proper constructive criticism with a complete understanding of characters and it's elements.

Karthi bro, I felt you were a little lenient with the Review. Movie felt like a scam to me. It was just a mashup of all the nostalgia movies you mentioned and doesn’t really connect at one point. The editing was a major drawback and movie felt like a coherence of multiple insta reels dialogues
