my pleasure, I would say a 15ft forsure, unless you plan on getting rid of anything. Otherwise if your going to be towing your vehicle with it, you can pack your vehicle full.
@@CalebTomaschefsky-TH-cam Thank you and yes it's what I thought a 15ft would work .. ..I don't have a vehicle to tow.. how high is the inside of the back of the cargo are box part of the truck say 7'? If so 10x10 storage contents would fit if 8' high even better..I do have passenger side to put some things like cooler and shower stuff and some house plants.. and a few clothes I hope.. This video is a GOD send I got to see inside the U-Hauls thanks 😊

Maybe these dimensions will help you out a bit. This is for a 15ft truck
Inside Dimensions: 15' x 7'8" x 7'2" (LxWxH)
Mom's Attic: 2'6" x 7'8" x 2'7" (LxWxH)
Deck Height from Ground: 2'9"
Door Opening: 7'3" x 6'5" (WxH)
Loading Ramp Width: 2'2"
@@CalebTomaschefsky-TH-cam Wow that's perfect so tell mother deck is extra? AWESOME 😊👍😎
@@CalebTomaschefsky-TH-cam OMG this will work for me 😁 I'm pretty good with spatial abilities hehehehe!!
How many bedrooms does 15ft truck can hold? Please suggest with furniture or many large boxes it can hold
15ft truck should hold up to a 3 bedroom depending on how much furniture you have. How many beds/furniture items do you have?
Im assuming you've moved already, what size truck did you end up going with?
Haven't yet... One queen bed, 4 chair ikea dinning table, at least 6 dish barrel box with 5 strolley suitcase, vacuum cleaner, small coffee ikea coffee table, at least 10 medium boxes with few small boxes as well
@@poulamidatta3033 i would say go with a 10ft truck if you think you can fit it all in, otherwise a 15 is gunna be your best bet. Hope the move goes well.
Thnk you so much since i can't move shift wise i think its better to take 15ft since going tonanother state
The 26 foot truck is not a v10, thats a 8.1 vortec v8, all the ford econolines have the v10
Omg thank you so much
Correction saw the older 26 just not the newer! Thanks still
Do you think the 26ft truck would haul a Jeep Wrangler and pull a travel trailer
Yes but would be very difficult to navigate and get through traffic.
How do you fix the 15 footers mirrors ?
They move by hand.
how to steal a uhaul truck 101: under the driver seat
how to not be charged 101: buy green security zip ties
I forgot to ask but can the back sliding door be locked? If so, how? Can I use a padlock? (15 footer)
Yes a pad lock will work, and you can use your own or buy one at uhaul. Thanks for the comment.
How long are the ramps on the 15ft trucks?
In not exactly sure to be honest, if I were to guess, I would say 8 - 12 feet.
Thanks!!!!
Hi, I will be relocating using a 15ft truck, towing a car. Does the 15ft truck have bench seats, cause my 10 yr old Daughter and wife will be riding with? Otherwise i will need to have my wife drive the car instead of trailering it. Thanks
I believe they're are three seats. Call the uhaul to double check.
Two Questions: Can you reserve a truck for a later date? And if so how long out can you reserve for?
You can always reserve ahead of time, but it all depends on if someone else has it reserved already.
Thank for the car views I will rent one
Can you tow an auto transport (Nissan Altima) with a 10ft truck?
Don't see why not, but I could be mistaken. I would say yes though.
Can you move from USA to Mexico and turn in while in Mexico like a one way move ?
I don't think so
What are the prices for renting and requirements for cargo Van's for commercial use?
Not sure, I would call uhaul. Sorry I can't help with that one.
I have auto aslo so how can I connect auto with cargo van
When are uhaul going to be selling the 20ft and 26ft box trucks
They are always up for Auction, sometimes up for sale, you kinda just gotta find a location with an old one. I would say best chances to find a lot of them for sale would be in Arizona since thats were U-Hauls headquarters is located.
@@CalebTomaschefsky-TH-cam I went to uhaul.com/usedboxtruck and I don't see it
Who would want the old clunker 26ft when you have the new ones on the lot do you try not to rent the newer one?
The newer ones are oneways. More reliable for traveling around the country.
Would be awesome if you timestamped this video, but excellent nonetheless
April 13th 2018, says in the description. Appreciate the comment.
@@CalebTomaschefsky-TH-cam I was wondering if you know how long we can keep the trucks for? For example, can I reserve a truck on December 1st and keep it with me for 2-3 days without driving it? Would I have to pay more the longer I have it or it depends more on how much I drive it or both?
@@someguy604 all depends on the location. You'd have to ask them. But yes it cost extra.
This must be a good neighborhood to be leaving the keys in the vehicles.
