Parts of this house I liked, but the other parts were very lame for a multi-million dollar house. To me this house is Junk for those who have poor taste.
I don't even want to know how much it costs each year to keep 20 acres "beautifully manicured". I'm sure it would be nothing than $100,000. per year. Then there is the annual property tax, probably not less than $10,000. per year. House maintenance and upkeep another $10,000 to $20,000 per year.
Not only did the house not impress me but looking at it I think it is over priced by about 18 million. Notice the pool was empty? and 20 acres an acre in Florida would go about 5000. I have a feeling someone built the home and then thought they can turn a profit. I would say they had High hopes. Any person can look up land for sale in Florida like I have and see you can buy 200 acres for about a million. I am sure most can build a home they dream of for less them 2 million.

CONSIDER THIS:I don't see 20Millions, way overpriced, maybe 5millions or less. You have to consider the expenses to maintain this big property, needs at least half million dollars a year budget, five people full time staff just to keep it presentable ... gardeners, cleaning people, etc. let alone the personnel to upkeep the animals and to keep out the animals you don't want i.e. you may want horses, dogs, cats, some exotic animals, birds, llamas, elephants, etc. animals you don't want and have to fight ... field rats and mice, mosquitos, flies and fly, spiders, raccoons, etc, etc, and then if you want to entertain you need another sac full of money ... Paradise or nightmare? I pass.
i must say this is by far one of the worst Landscape i have ever seen done for an estate property, who ever did the design for this place needs to quit landscape installation seriously...

I like the outdoors of the propety, but the indoors are not nice at all...

Yes, very pretty house but yes it does need some money to bring it up to date. It is lacking in many spaces. Kitchen definitely needs work.

Not wowed at all. The only thing that impressed me was the long driveway leading up to the house (the views of the house and grounds were pretty).
