So excited to see this build progress. Have you thought about ditching the front diff and making it just a RWD since you have so much GT2 stuff on it now?

To my knowledge it's not possible to do a full rwd conversion in the 997. The sensors will put the car in limp mode if it's pushed to the max in corners.

@@AcXr50 you've removed the driveshaft, front differential, and axles while pushing the car to the max limit where it's at the edge of losing traction without throwing it into limp mode?

@@sutherlacd27 everything with exception of the hubs, I plan on going back/ front wheel has been airborne multiple times, slid the car a few times and no issues. I did have tc off the whole time tho. I did read on the forums that some people have that issue but I haven’t had it yet.

@Andrew Carpenter How much weight did it drop and did you do anything to the transmission were the driveshaft goes to the front end? With this kind of power would you? Is it easily reversible?

Next time use a ball joint separator with two arms on the rear toe rod. The lower arm holds the metal wheel carrier arm in place. sorry this advice didn't get to you sooner... This is Phillip the vehicle development director for Indecent 911. Love what you are doing keep it up!

I use tire black magic on a lot of the black trim on my cars works really well on the intake scoops rather than using black magic or anything like that I'd get me a piece of carbon fiber and cut it to fit and glue it in so when you put the carbon fiber trim pieces on the whole thang matches

@scraplifegarage Make sure you replace the rear toe eccentric bolts with block-off plates (Tarret). It's 2-fold because the eccentric is known to migrate, so you want to prevent that, as well as only 1 point of adjustment for the rear toe.
Also, make sure to double check the bump-steer spacers you have on there also! (when performing alignment)

Hi guys, I really enjoy your videos. I have only one question regarding your 911 Turbo build. Why you didn't get new forge pistons? You already got new forge rods. You're forgot to mention anything about the oil pump, specially after the milk shake situation. I know, that in order to save some CASH the engine builder said that there was no need to open the engine cranks, but if you're spending a big chunk of cash on the engine build and to be 100% sure that there are no more issues with anything else, I would rather have the cranks open, inspected and clean as well as the crank shaft and oil pump. Next year, I'll be doing something very similar to what you're doing but with a different platform and I feel your enthusiastic and very motivated behavior. There is no better feeling that that. I wish you and your team the best and I can't wait to see your 911 tearing those big Toyos 888. Take Care. Saludos from Puerto Rico.

Had to do a full caliper rebuild on my hellcat and fuck that, it's to time consuming and a pain in the ass with the 6 piston ones. Had to do a full caliper rebuild on my hellcat and fuck that, it's to time consuming and a pain in the ass with the 6 piston ones. I would go with the 2 piece rotor to be honest just for maintenance cost overall instead of carbon ceramics if you decide to go that route. Because the price difference is between $4,000 to $10,000 for a set of 4.

It looks like my previous comment got deleted.
B16s have been backordered for over a year now. Takes months to get them. But occasionally rockauto will have them in stock. Have you checked there?
My suggestion is to get them on order now.
Do you need to replace your existing b4s or is it that you just want to upgrade? If you need to replace your existing b4s you could go with the b6s and some eibach springs until the b16s come in. Then sell the b6s and eibach springs to get some money back.

-I love how you had this already fast engine and then made it like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Car foreplay words are: ported heads, cam, turbo kit, huge power curve, 1,000 h.p. at the TIRES!
-IF your only carbon fiber is the mirrors I think it will make the car look..dorky... o.k. I just saw the c.b. air vents... and almost at the end of the video the hood. Everything is going well in happy town now.
    - While the underside is open how about some black goo for the finished look and rust protection.
    - And while you are at it how about getting the rust off the brake area.
    - Do you know there are those companies out there on the internet that have PORSCHE and BRAMO name decals you can put on the calipers BUT the Porsche ones are really hard to find because of infringement on property rights. One company cheats by spelling PORSCHE ..PORCHE or something like that.
    - White roll cage = no bueno and that goes for white brake calipers which will look Okey (think Oklahoma)
