Very good comparison. IC cars are much better (Longevity and fun to drive purpose), but this # BMWi4 is another level altogether. #BMWi4 vs #BMWM340i

The new facelifted M340i also has the same modern single panel twin screen layout for the cockpit (same as i4) and should solve the one grouse about dated interiors on the pre-facelift!

I am a petrolhead, but man that i4 with similar power, far more torque and most importantly up to 15x lower running costs is gonna be hard to let go of for a 6 cyl M340i. 😅

Interior of i4 actually doesn't seem well integrated. Different components speak different language.
Also, from the inside windows shape looks like that of a vw beetle
