Pardon the extra vid but we've got a brand new Bake at Home Kit and Jemma, Sally and Dane are so excited about it that they just had to share! You can spin our brand new Tres Leches Cake Kit any one of three ways to make a Classic, Chocolate or Cereal Milk version, so what better way to learn the recipe than a bake-along with the Cupcake Jemma gang!
Who's Tres Leches will be the best? What colour tin looks nicest? Can Dane fit an entire cake in his mouth in one go? Watch on to find out!

For 1 x Tres Leches Cake
Preheat Oven to 170C (fan assisted)
For the Sponge:
3 Large Eggs
120g Caster Sugar
85g Plain Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Milk
For the Milk Soak:
1 x 400g Tin Condensed Milk
1 x 170g Evaporated Milk
2 tbsp Whole Milk
For the Topping:
250ml Double Cream
Sprinkles to decorate
For the Cereal Milk Version:
100g Cornflakes
50g Melted Butter
25g Caster Sugar
25g Malt Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
For the Chocolate Version:
4 tbsp Cocoa Powder

Only friends would eat off each other’s plates during a pandemic. We absolutely love Sally but am I the only one who got a bit of tears seeing Jemma? Miss her so much.
You're not alone. I've asked several times when she would be coming back because I miss her. It's great to have those adorable dimples back. ☺️ Also, "Beanie" is what my husband always calls me. 🥰
@@coolchick1975 my father named me that as a child. When he passed before my wedding my husband asked if he could call me that and a few weeks ago I had my first grandchild which will call me beanie too.
@beanie That is so sweet. Mine has evolved into Beanie from just Bean. Before we were married, my husband and I were talking on the phone. Before he hung up, he called me Sugar Bean. I asked where that came from and he said he didn't know, it just came out. So I was Sugar Bean and he became Jelly Bean. Now we are just Bean and Beanie. We've even got tattoos with those nicknames and our wedding date. And I just love that you are going with Beanie in lieu of grandma, nana or grammie, etc. Congratulations to you and your family on the new addition. 🥰❤
