I love the way John grins every single time Austin announces the discount 😂
Dunking does fit well with gaming I have 2000 hours in PUBG and 1000 in fort and probably 1500 in Minecraft. All helped me to get a 45 inch vertical 👍
love being able to improve along with you boys i find the videos of you guys sharing your experience with technique to be most useful btw always full of great information most wouldn’t have thought about with the amount of reps you all have
john’s big brain along with isaiah bunnies have brought me so far along my jump journey faster than i could imagine. you guys never miss making a informative video when i need it most
Podcast idea: the affect of caffeine on jumping
I enjoy listening to the podcast while doing my workouts
Keep working hard 💪🏼
Isaiah, I jump off my left foot for one leg jumps, which foot should be my block foot for 2 footed jumps, I normally use my left but several people say I could jump higher if I was the other way round, it just feel weird, I need some insight please
What generous sponsors
Yes I will finally have a 40inch vertical
How much weekly jumping/plyometric volume would one need for jumping higher
Yo Isaiah I got told Im not allowed to lift or do any physical activity cause I have a possible hernia what do you think I should do to keep my vert?
Can i grow my hair as fast as you did in the cover photo too?
How do I increase my work capacity, after a few sets of olympic lifts my body can’t move a fly and I know that to build the capacity I just do it more but how often and how much should I olympic lift to most effectively increase it.
Keep smashing thru walls your ability to work will raise. Sometimes its what you are telling yourself but you don't know it. Focus.
Make a hip pain video please
What is the shortest person that dunked that you've trained?
14:20 exactly with baseball
What does intensity mean? Does volume just mean weight?
Intensity means weight, volume is sets and reps
@@sobhannouri No it does not. Intensity means how close you train to failure.
@@Ar7Style87 the closer you are to your failure the higher the weight would be🙂
@@sobhannouri Okay, I would agree that it depends on the context. What I wanted to say is that regardless of the weight, as closer you train to failure the higher the intensity. Somebody with lack of any knowledge might get confused without context. :)
@@Ar7Style87 yeah intensity means intensity, it means it has to be hard af , so base on what you training for , intensity has different meanings, for us athlete it means weight because we're looking for force and power development, for someone else it could mean doing the same weight for higher reps or sets
By moving the arrow angle from the middle of the hoop to the low end rim? 😂
If I only seen this earlier. My deload week was yesterday😢

Jumping over fences is so much simpler. Also in deload you are faster, so it's a win win.
