I am an elementary school teacher. Am teaching for almost 9 years..In my experienced Ive met people who are not diligent with their work when it comes to paper works but I do not disturb myself... Instead I will make it with myself.... I want to make my works better because it reflects my own personality.... Thanks doc

Who Am I? Right now, I'm just a mere teacher applicant who felt so pressured but after listening to this, i realized that i don't have to feel this way because life is not a race. All i need to do is to focus on my goals and continue being a good and God-fearing individual.

When they speak up, they know that their opinions and knowledge will be heard. Which style do you like leaders to use when they are in charge of you? Why? I like leaders who are in charge of me to adopt a democratic leadership style because I enjoy contributing to decision-making, feeling that my ideas matter, and being able to voice my viewpoints. What leadership style best describes you? Transformational leadership is the type of leadership that most accurately characterizes me. Who Am I? I consider myself a cheerful person that is eager to learn new things and face new difficulties in order to improve myself. Thank you, Dr. Gordonas, for an excellent talk; your knowledge and enthusiasm made it very worthwhile. True, a visionary, model, and mentor inspires others to become leaders in their own right. Learning and experience educate us about the dynamics of following and leading.
