Thank you Dr Cloud. So helpful but counsellors well rounded hard to locate... Specialties abound and having worked my life in health care have seen scary people with credentials that have their agendas and their own messy lives. Those with excellence and Christian faith hard. I assume others who are asking for direction and what to look for feel similarly. I am sure a waitlist for you would be decades long :). You help so many by what you do so truly thank you!

Since I'm a Kinesthetic learner, here are my notes for this video:
    1. If you don't treat the root, symptoms are just going to go through.
    2. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit and vice versa. So, we need to treat the disease inside instead of avoiding it.
    3. We don't do well when we have anxiety. If it is interfering with your life (i.e. normal functioning, affecting relationship etc.), do it for them.
    4. Deal with your brokenness. Ask why are you anxious since it comes from different sources.
    5. Evict the voices in your head.
    6. Look on the inside.
Thanks, Dr. Cloud, for the reminders!
And to all, May we find healing in our lives as we gather tools from different people in the community.
    I wish everyone well!

Hope they reply to you. Just in case, a therapist are specifically trained, understands the subconscious so this is very important for greater healing. Hope you can find a trusted Christian therapist. 🌿👑🌿

It makes sense if you are very hurt and not healed yet. Understanding may help. What is their story? God bless.@@cate652
