Im also a heavy boy and i also seem to hold it really well. I usually walk briskly for an hour when i can and i do wall pushups. For food i eat lunch meat and cheese on wraps. I drink unsweet tea. I had good results with that. I hope all is going well for you. I do allow myself some good tasting food but i just eat less of it. Maybe once a week on the road.

I wish I had that will power. After therapy and surgery we found some issues that I'll work on for the rest of my life. I'm doing my best.

I’m having surgery next month. I’m a little unsure about how long I should take off from work. When did you return to work? Did you have a lot of fatigue from the decrease in calories? I drive a pretty long route in a day cab and am a bit concerned about it.

I didnt have much issue once I got out of the hospital. Walk as much as possible. I took 4 weeks off after the surgery because I had short term disability

Did you have to pay the copay upfront.

Co-pays were small like 50 per visit. Do you mean deductible? My deductible was met by the time of surgery do to cardiac, stress test, etc

@@WalmartRich yes our out of pocket max . Doesn’t it cover the surgery after our out of pocket max is meet.

@michael stephens update.. I guess you don't. I had many things done such as stress test, sleep study etc. I got bills for all those things later. At you last meeting before surgery they verify you maxed the out of pocket and your good. If you didn't meet the put of pocket max you pay the difference. I was told they offer payment plans but most don't have a balance at walmart.
