- In todays video we explore Chamarel Mauritius including Chamarel waterfall, Chamarel seven coloured earth the black river gorges national park even though the weather was not on our side yet again for Mauritius weather. We then go on to visit one of the most popular Hindu temple in Mauritius at the grand bassin and one of our favourites to stop at La Vanille nature park to feed the giant Aldabra tortoises before we stop at our last hotel for 5 nights at the Anantara Iko Resort & Villa's for a room tour of our deluxe Ocean view room.

Myself 🙋🏼♂️ and Ellie 🙋🏼♀️ both met each other in college where we both studied travel and tourism 🌍 back in 2009. We got married👰🏼♀️🤵🏼♂️ in Mauritius in 2018 and we have both been inseparable ever since! We are both like a jigsaw and we can quite happily say either of us are not complete without the other!
We decided to start our TH-cam channel just before the pandemic started to bite around the world as we thought wed love to capture our memories as well as make informative honest videos about different resorts and hotels to help other travellers decide what might be right for them when booking their next trip abroad. Those spiders made my skin crawl but we will be going to see the tortoises though.
We’ve never really had seaview rooms before until this holiday and we loved spending time on this balcony listening to the sea it was so peaceful 😍

Loved following along and getting to see all of these different beautiful attractions in the south! Such wonderful things to see and check out! Shame it was raining a bit but still so ace to explore! Getting to feed those turtles was amazing at the nature park! can’t believe one is over 100 years old! How crazy! The baby Lemur is sooo adorable!! 😍 Cannot deal with some of those insects cases, especially the spiders no no no! 🙅🏻♂️ lol! Looks like a lovely new hotel/room that you moved too as well, The bedroom and the ocean view/ balcony is a lovely too! 😍 Another fab video!

Hi guys, another great day out ❤ I am glad that it didn’t rain the whole day for you but it’s the one thing we can’t change so we just need to make the most of it 😢 The info was amazing on this vlog, from the details of colours etc on the 7 coloured earth and on the beautiful tortoises was fab and really interesting. The room is lovely and I wouldn’t say no but I would prefer a more traditional feel too. The baby lemur…..my new HAPPY PLACE! I never want to unsee that, it was the most cute, adorable thing I’ve ever seen ❤😊😅 Great work 🤩

With you on that one it was a lovely room don’t get me wrong but we missed the traditional feel we had at the other hotel we stayed at.
