I cut a small hole and got a can of good spray foam and push a sock in with the straw for spraying. My cushion went bad right along the left side from getting in and out. After pushing the sock in i sprayed it until it started coming out of the sock . After expanding and drying i cut the sock and you can hardly notice. It expanded real nice and tighten the material and it is still good years later. I did it without the sock the first time but it just broke up and fell through the bottom.
First and most important, thanks for a fantastic video! Not so much with what you did because I'm familiar with that, but because of how you explained it and how you did it, you didn't bloviate about yourself and begging people to subscribe to your channel and have racing cars and shit music in the interim, you are very professional getting right to the point and fast forwarding a lot of the clips which was great, did you get the extra firm foam from The Seat Shop? They call it Durofoam and it's wonderful, much firmer than OEM, I have one for my Ram I'm going to install in the next day or two. Nice job great video!
How’s the heating pad holding up? Any movement? I’m wondering if a couple thin strips of double sided carpet tape might have worked to tag it in place. Thanks for posting!
im to the point of just fixing problems as they arise. going down the path of fixing things just to fix has already added up to close to $20k on this truck.
Had good luck with my 03 3500 quad 4x4. but time for seat cushion. Shocks/ front end stuff, h2o pump and a ball joint is all I'm into after 18 years. Heck, the original batteries lasted 15 years! Great vedio and keep truck'in
Had one of those cushions in my Amazon shopping list for a couple years. You made that look super easy. Mine isn't even heated.
Glad to see you back to posting.

Thank you brotha, I'm getting ready to tackle mine. Great job and much appreciated!
Magic eraser will get rid of the shine from the leather on the seat back.

Haven’t had any issues at all. She’s holding up good.
Awesome… thanks.
Were you able to figure out the issue with the vertical adjustment?
I had to replace the motors. They were shot.
no broken wires underneath, i hear these are hard to find, the wire mesh below
None. I got lucky with the wiring.
@@okc_garage no im talking about the wire mesh under the seat, the webbing type stuff.
Nice job ! Gonna tear into mine tonight !
How’d it go?
Thanks for the info bud👍
You will regret not replacing the back foam at the same time pretty soon.

Yeah I have a 2017 rebel I just switched by driver's seat cushion
This motivates me to clean up my mega cab, mine has 60k original miles and the driver seat still isn't great
