I'm Tata Technologies employee and I went to this same plant in Pune for a visit. It is really amazing and represents how the Tata brand stays true to it's image 🇮🇳 PS: A fascinating fact, only tata vehicles are allowed inside the plant. No other brand vehicle is permitted through the gate. Even the employees having tata vehicles only can bring in their cars, others need to park in outside parking.
Good to see u guys having the hunger to grow big by doing these plant visits to bring about positive changes through the learnings incorporated at such huge scale. You guys definitely believe that, if things are positive at this huge scale, the same is possible to be implemented at your end as well. Thanks for this tour sir.
Just got the vibe after 10yrs as a trainee quality inspector at Pimpri plant. You've visited 10% of facility. Love the food their giving 5 times a day as a North Indian. Loved those haunted hostels. Next time visit their testing track & stock yard you will be amazed .

That factory is less than 5km away from my home and I used to see it all the time when I was in my school bus in childhood. This unlocked many memories for me.
I frequently visited in my childhood premier car plant which was in kurla Mumbai. Those are my fond memories. It was a huge very huge plant where all the manufactured cars used to stand in the internal roads. Now that the company is closed and huge housing and shopping mall in the name of Kohinoor has come there. I even had the chance to visit the factory from inside and all the departments of how the car was manufactured.
It felt like you guys were born to explain all these production related detailed things in so simple terms that even a layman can understand it 🙌🏼 Kudos to your efforts 🥳 Keep doing such exploration vlogs where we can see things other than your workshop 🙌🏼 We do like things related to workshop but sometimes we would love to watch off the topic vlogs like also e.g. When Raghav Bhai went to an Offroad trail ride with Kawasaki I personally enjoyed that vlog 😍
