At 17.07 he mentions that the Serratus Anterior is a retractor. I am only able to understand its function as a protractor, could someone please explain how it can do retraction ?
+Daniel Gjerlev I guess what he means is, that the serratus helps to stabilize the scapula to the thoracic wall. It can, for obvious anatomical reasons, not retract the scapula.
