    I can't wait to come to Saint john, I gained admission at NBCC saintjohn for winter 2024.
    It's still far I know, but I'm just so excited.

      We make videos, you make art. Still catching up on all of your work which has been awesome. Loved your bus ride to Uptown. No one catches the vibe of Saint John like Jordan and A Tribe Called Owens.

      That’s interesting seeing somebody from St. John that lives now in Victoria. I live on the Malahat. Half an hour outside Victoria. Since I moved to the Malahat. 15 years ago., Victoria has changed so much! It’s not the city I knew when I moved there from Chile almost 23 years ago! If I go back to living in the city again, not sure if I would like to go back to Victoria.

      @@marcelinastanton3346 It certainly has changed and not for the good. Once retirement comes along living here will be too expensive so moving back to Saint John is in our future.

      Congratulations. We are happy to hear that our videos were helpful, but a little sad to think they weren't helpful enough when it came time to choose your local Realtor. Welcome to the neighbourhood, we're sure you will love it here.

    Les and Wendy, how do people are in the uptown area. I don't see a lot of parking in uptown area. Are the sidewalk parking free?

    • @WeLoveSaintJohn
      @WeLoveSaintJohn  ปีที่แล้ว

      Sidewalk parking is free on weekends and evenings or you can get a yearly pass outside the core area. There are also lots of paid monthly surface and covered parking areas.

    • @WeLoveSaintJohn
      @WeLoveSaintJohn  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Jann. We're not aware of any rent to own programs. The market is so hot here that most homes receive multiple offers and sellers have no need to offer rent to own.

    Hi. So we are researching moving into the Saint John area but are coming across much resistance because of the ongoing work on Harbour Bridge. Currently it's down to just one lane in both directions for 7 months and there will be additional projects screwing up traffic through 2026. At least this is what we read and hear. An issue if you live in an area where you need that bridge I guess. But is it? I know Canadian springs, and summers, and falls... are all about road construction and repairs. Is this just another one? How much extra time is it to endure being squeezed down to one lane? Is it not an issue because traffic volume is low? I know the area is growing so maybe volume is a concern? Does it mean just buy, live, and work, in such a way as to never need the bridge? I bet you could do a video on the subject and put the issue into an honest perspective. Thanks.

    • @WeLoveSaintJohn
      @WeLoveSaintJohn  ปีที่แล้ว

      In our opinion it's a non-issue. You said yourself, road construction is a part of life in Canada. The bridge work causes a backup during morning and afternoon "rush hour". We live on the west side and cross the bridge everyday. Inconvenient, yes, life changing, no.
