Hi @JojoWahin, yung FIN or NRIC ang mag-apply nun is yung employer mo, once bigyan ka nila ng job offer (and you signed/accepted) i-aapply nila yung FIN or NRIC sa Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Once ma-approve saka ka palang makakapag-start magwork.
