Well she is beautiful. I have owned several Fox Saleen's and I know how hard these parts are to find and how pricey they can be. You must have some great connections. Love your Channel keep up the good work.
You did a fantastic job on the SA 10. And I know you used a lot of factory Saleen parts. My question is since the car was not built buy Saleen will it bring the money that the other SA 10s will. Does the Saleen comunity except the car as one of the original SA 10s. I know those guys can be a little funny sometimes.
That conversation comes up a lot regarding value. And that depends who you ask. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The community has been very accepting of it. Especially SA10 owners as it has brought those cars to the masses which drives demand. This one will always be a clone. But one with a story unlike any other clone. When it is registered at shows it is registered as a 1993 Mustang. Not paired in the Saleen groups. 😉 Just like any other clone.
Not that we're aware of. Several of the coupes were SSP coupes though. Damreow Ford in the upper northwest is famous for having SSP equipped coupes converted to Saleen's. And thanks for tuning in!

If you find a 1985-93 Mustang coupe (P26/P40) with a 'factory' installed sunroof or T-roof, please snap pics of the door tag, buck tag, owner card, window sticker, or build sheet, showing the roof code.

@@PuristMotorsports I was wondering my wifes car had the motor replaced at saleen in 1994 and they used a motor with the sa-10 style intake and strut bar along with a pretty customized engine overall aluminium heads, roller rockers and a mass air conversion. I think the guy spent 15k on the motor swap in 1994 if i remember what the receipt says.
@@nickmatheny5160 The intake was sold through the catalog parts department and several were produced for resale. So anyone with the $$$$ could have one installed on their car by Saleen, if they were local, or buy one through the parts department.

New sub! I'd love to see some Saleen coupe coverage! Do ANY coupes exist that are equipped with T Tops or factory sunroof?

Sunroof and T-roof both were not available from Ford on the coupe body after the 1984 model year. So they had to be done aftermarket.
@@foxchassis I can't say I completely agree on the sunroof cars. However would you mind providing more information on this if possible?

Do you know if the intakes were labled in anyway for the SA10?
They weren't marked in any specific way for them. A couple of the SA10's came with a stock motor with a supercharger.
