As someone who plays a lot of DCS seeing him trying to land a *F15* on the wrong side of carrier was painful lol
Ranger as a normal person I feel disappointed that he even tried to land and f-15 with no hook on a carrier
I was more dissappointed he tried to land a frogfoot on the carrier.
@Srihari Madhav to point out that it is an F15 which is known as an air force plane not navy, I don't think you get it do you?

There is a reason to do that. It drops dead weight, thus making the aircraft lighter and more maneuverable, which can (keyword CAN) help you recover from a potential wipe.
Bombs need to have their warhead armed to explode. If he jettisons the bombs they are not armed so he can drop them safely without exploding.

Nah I mean you wouldn’t land an F15 in a carrier. It’s not a carrier capable plane
This is because modern-day airplanes are designed so that electricity travels through them, without any interruption. The outer shell of a typical airplane is made of aluminum. It typically causes no damage, however, because the lightning simply travels into and out of the airplane's aluminum shell.

You could’ve ejected in so many of those situations, why not? I enjoy watching ejection seats in action the most.
I guess it has something to do with the damage you took or something. I tried to eject most of the times but the plane didnt always respond
@@Renzic sometimes ur pilot dies from damage or ecessive gs try getting in the first person view to know
@@Renzic yeah when the plane doesn't respond, and when you are in first person and it changes automatically in third person, that means that the pilot died

The A-10 was actually scarily frequently brought back to the base with a missing engine or part of the wing which is pretty crazy

Taking a missile will adversely affect the performance of the plane and make it lose control. It can still fly if it loses an engine but a missile is a missile

Hiya I've seen dcs videos before,and old IL2 videos but the graphics on IL2 great battles is just mind blowing.Realistic is an understatement.Is it like Dcs where you can only play smoothly with a powerful computer?Love your videos.
A somewhat capable pc is for sure recommended! But playing on low settings isnt that bad either

OK uh.... When you in the air and you want to landing...you should slow down less than 150 but don't lost your control and when your wheels are on land you should brake your plane (is that only my think because I always do it like this)

What happened to Flying Circus compilations? I got back into a World War 1 phase and have clocked about 60 hours onto Rise of Flight recently. Ik there isn't as much content on Flying Circus but I do appreciate some wood and fabric going down in flames.
