That’s really interesting about their diet! Food has to play a major role and why they live so long. I know all of the other factors are really important as well but as they say, you are what you eat.
I was surprised when I heard about the food. Somebody on the island told me they eat a lot of really fatty foods and that they didn’t think it had anything to do with diet. Although I tend to disagree with that. the purple sweet potatoes are amazing.
My ikigai is also performing and you've inspired me to be a performer so thank you Elle!! It's really great to know there's such kind and inspirational people out there just like you!
