Koi solution batao please kya everyday baal shampoo sae koi problem hogi ? Aur Mae kaise plan karoon kyunki Mae minoxidil sirf Raat Ko Roz lagata hoon? So how and when should I apply shampoo and take care of my hair ? Please give a hair routine I could follow please?
i use minoxidil since 3 months..i see regrowth of my hair...but regrowth hair are small and VERY THIN..plz sir suggest some medicine which helps to thicker my hair ..and make it strong..plz sir

Avoid vigorous exercise, sun and heat exposure for at least 2 days after your treatment. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and cigarettes for 3 days after treatment. Smokers do not heal well and problems recur earlier and results may take longer.
