I lost my sense of smell due to covid 19 about a half a year ago and I literally miss the smell of EVERYTHING.I really didn’t realize how amazing my sense of smell actually was.
@@teagangarrett1535 I can smell again but everything Smells SO BAD.Apparently when your sense of smell starts to come back,all you can smell is this terrible smell.I’ve never smelled this before and I really wasn’t planning on It.So just a heads up,you may want to be happy while you CANT smell before worse things happen.I hope you get better soon though!

I never realized I relied on smell to taste until I couldn't smell. I couldn't tell skittles flavors apart, chicken ramen was just salty water, bubble tea was just sweet water (couldn't tell the actual flavor). I never realised how simplistic our tongues are, and how complex flavors like coffee, garlic, tomato sauce, dill e.t.c. are accredited to our noses. I'll pray you get your sense of smell back. I only got to experience it for a few days but 6 months sounds like mental torture. I genuinely hope it all comes back to you friend. No one deserves something like that.

I didn't realize i missed distinct flavor as much as I do. when I try to eat a cinnamon roll it just tastes sweet. no cinnamon. same with skittles, they have no individual flavor. Lots of things get this awful taste that I cant even describe. cheese, chocolate and anything with lower acidity levels tastes awful. deserts suck right now. I just want my normal taste back.

Well, the question is *did you wash the bottle before using it?* Many bottles have a certain scent after coming out of the factory, maybe this trew you off. Therefore I would love to see you giving it a good wash, letting it dry propperly and giving it another chance, preferably with another air pad. Maybe lemon isn't for you and apple drives you crazy, who knows?
I bought one and I hated it. You have to suck in extra air while you drink which causes you to burp constantly. Oh and air up don’t allow you to return it once you have used it. I had a mahoosive row with air up about it.
It doesn’t taste like juice only slightly flavoured water. It takes a while for you to recognise the smell though, you often don’t taste it straight away
