Much more common then goose breast is Gänsekeule, leg of goose, served with potato dumplings in a tasty sauce (so yummi 😋) and some veggetables. Did you know that we germans usually eat very simple at christmas eve, mostly just potato salad with wiener sausages or Kassler. The big lunch with roast meat like goose, duck or turkey or something special like wild boar is reserved for the 25th and 26th. Greetings from Berlin 🧑🎄🎄
What is confusing in Wolter´s video is the fact that the pictures he shows often do not match with the contents. So when he says he is in Bamberg at the start of this video this is correct but then he shows pictures from Munich.
6:22 The stollen contains neither onions nor nuts, but raisins soaked in rum, candied lemon peel and sometimes marzipan. Wolters World is not a particularly good channel, as it very often spreads false Information.
So before I drink a hot beer, I prefer to drink 100% hydrochloric acid. What has been presented here, as with all his videos, is too generalized. I think of foreign vloggers, he has more clue than many others (though you are right, not everything is 100% correct)
