Size is very small in lagoons. Rooms are too tiny to be functional which will devalue the property long term. In the Valley, Emaar has been focusing on offering larger spaces and homes which will be fueling the demand for this community

Each cluster has a security gate that only allows the residents living in them to enter. Cluster specific amenities are exclusive to it's residents

And what about if I reserved a Unit with EOI and the developer give me another Unit , can i brake up and get my EOI and DLD admin fee back? .
