      Let's compare 4BR for both BUA La Tilia 2476 sft Velora 2700 sft Ensuite bedrooms La Tilia: 1 Velora: 3 Velora is better hands down with more functionality and bigger sizes for every room, but if double height ceiling feature is something you prefer or the better payment plan then you should go for La Tilia

    I am an owner in Damac Hills 2. The quality of the finishing is not comparable to Damac Hills 1. Its worst and lower. So bad, also the after sales team and maintenance team is not cooperative and they ignored my requests for several months. I don't recommend anyone to buy or invest with Damac

    Interesting concept. Which British schools are signed up? I don’t really get it… the commute to and from work into main dubai will be totally horrendous? It’s all very well having a train station, but you’d be looking at car/walk > train > taxi/walk/metro > work > taxi/walk/metro > train > car/walk > home 5 days a week? A night out in dubai? Forget about it - no one’s paying that taxi fare… Finally, google maps currently says it’s 50 minutes to downtown (not 40) and it’s 1.30am in the morning - for rush hour it’s going to be well over an hour.

      @ I have 3 cars 🤣 but I’m not prepared to do a 90 minute commute to JBR/palm/marina areas twice a day. It would be madness. Even to downtown would be crazy - 40 minutes as stated in your video is VERY misleading, in reality it will be close to double that in rush hour.

      If your daily is to Marina, I don't think this project is the one for you. Again this is a farmhouse/holiday home concept. Location can't be prime for such large plots at the price. You should look at Jebel Ali Hills, it will be more suitable for your commute.
