Simple Real Estate Dashboard

Vijay's father owns a real estate company in Ghana and wants to know how his business is fairing. The estates are spread across 4 different locations and have a total of 6,000 houses of different types. But Vijay, as a new Power BI learner, is worried and frustrated that the data is spread all over in different Excel Files, with some, even in SQL database.
Kindly watch how we managed to put all the data together and generate this simple, dynamic and interactive dashboard.
Our dashboard should be able to show Vijay's father:
-Sales and profit trends by month
-Sales by Location & House Types
-Sales by Sales Person
-Profit by House Types
-Profit by Locations
-Summary of Qty sold by Location and Property Types
-And some important KPIs
