    Literally everything I've learned on your channel I use every single day. Once I found you gone were the days of not understanding why most every beauty guru slops on makeup in thick layers and looks beautiful yet when tried looks like a cakey gunky ew. Not when I use his techniqus it always comes out great and a lot for a girl with hooded eyes! Thanks WG :)

    Wayne-a-licious! Thank you so much for these masterclasses. As the kids today say, you’re great at “ELI5” which means “Explain it like I’m 5 years old.” Your tutorials assume we’re all new to this, so the folks just starting out feel comfortable, and the people who are more comfortable get the reinforcements of the basics. Win win! Much love, sir.

      I know I'm not Wayne 😊 but my favorite cream shadows that don't emphasize texture, don't crease, and are easily blendable are Ulta's Cream Shadows. They have mattes, shimmers and glitters. All in a doe foot easy to work with. Dab blend n go. Also layer very well. The Mac Painterly Pot is my favorite eye primer. Just sharing my suggestions hope you don't mind! 🥰

    Okay Wayne, I'm going to be 56 at the end of the month Will this same thing that you've done work for me? My picture is 2 years old in that frame so I basically look the same but yeah, my eyelids show that I'm not 20 anymore. I also want to know if I should start using colors like you're using in this video. I have blue eyes and I tend to lean toward pink and deep reds so that they will stand out a little more. Any suggestions?

    • @DanielleNicoleMakeup
      @DanielleNicoleMakeup 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi! I have blue eyes as well and if you look at color theory the shade that compliments blue the best is its exact opposite (yellow, but I think orange/brown is more wearable). So I typically gravitate towards browns, oranges, and bronzy shades. Just sharing my suggestion 🥰 I reviewed Wayne's Tourmaline Palette and that has a beautiful taupey brown as well as deep reds and bronze that I highly recommend for blue eyes to pop, especially if you like reds. But of course wear what makes you feel good! 😊 Have a great day!

    • @WayneGoss
      @WayneGoss  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Apply the highlighter ONLY to visible lid space - which for some might be the tear duct early only. Otherwise, as you say, it will transfer. Or use a light matte shade which won't be as visible :)

    Every person that did my make-up got so frustrated by it because my complexion is very fair with cool undertones (they never had foundation as light as I need), my skin is oily and acne prone, I have deep set eyes so when I open them the lid make up cannot be seen and I blink a lot when someone else applies eye make-up and I wear glasses. Basically I'm a make up artist's nightmare. 😅

      You are a women after my own heart 😂 I have fair cool pink undertones and a super dominant brow bone which makes it appear as I have hooded eyes. You can see in my videos I always look like a ghost who ate a tomato 🤣 I embrace it now that I'm older and it has caused me to get really good at finding makeup for cool fair skin 😁 I found pigments I can use to correct my shade from LA Girl and they are amazing and affordable. So I would have to bring those to MUAs as I ran into the same problem-every shade made me look like an umpa lumpa! 😂
      Edit: I also have oily dehydrated acne prone skin too! What are ya gonna do, can't change my skin lol
