True story - I ordered Chinese dinner for me and my hubby from a Chinese place in Chicago, then went downstairs in the hotel to meet the delivery guy and HE WAS ALREADY THERE!! if you guys want to see his "real" personality (or something close to it), he had a documentary in around 2009ish, where they show his day to day work and he really is THAT funny and always on. And he also knows he's a comedy genius and brings it up quite often. But seriously, that energy he has on camera is authentic and not a put-on. (I'm sure you're also aware he was one of the key writers for the first few seasons of The Simpsons and wrote for Saturday Night Live).
You should check out his documentary from 2011, "Conan Can't Stop". Not sure if that's what you're referring to but it follows him after he was fired "The Tonight Show". That's probably the "angriest" you'll see Conan and even then he still manages to stay at least somewhat upbeat. I think Conan just has a natural love for life and for people and he very, very obviously LOVES working in comedy. This is 100% without a doubt what he was born to do and I think he realizes that. Still, we all go through dark times and Conan has talked very openly about those times and his past struggles with depression and drinking.

My go to Chinese fast food are General Tso’s chicken (mostly sweet), shrimp with Lobster sauce (kinda bland) and beef with broccoli and garlic sauce (plain beef with broccoli is, well plain). I might even get chicken chow mein once in a while if I’m in the mood for even blander food.
