with recent events... ive been flying with one of these for over a month... probably more like two. I still have no clue how to get it to operate correctly. Being said, I think this video helps put me in the right direction. With AX combat almost always involving multiple players... I can never tell if I successfully deployed a neutralizer, or if a neighboring ship did. I feel much more confident in using of it now. Thank you a lot. Happy hunting
I love that you can describe a common unit measure error as "dimensional nonsense" and be completely correct. There are too many dimensions on that wattage
Great video and very informative. I think the bit about the power was a bit distracting from the ultimate goal but all and all found this information invaluable. Thanks
Possibly just me, but I wasn't really clear on what was happening. It might have been nice to end with a conclusion/do's and don't's. I appreciate your trouble though.
I think I have understood the correct activation times, perhaps they will be different if a ship has a larger dispenser or one with an increased refill. These devices are always sold without a manual, unbelievable haha
Hey wiggyb, i noticed you were saying that the power draw is not accurately displayed. I think you got it confused with distributor draw. The power draw is the amount of energy required from the power plant to have the device on your ship, and the active power draw is, i think, the amount of energy it uses when hardpoints are deployed. The distributor draw is how much power the module uses from your power capacitor, but that seems to not be listed in the store page, even in the detailed menu. But yeah, the power draw numbers are accurate, if a little misleading.
Interspecies Communication? :D Also what's the ship on the left on the thumbnail? Never seen it - is it a new one, or just one of the bigs with ship kit? Looks awesome!!
Good tutorial, but I have to say I'm once more annoyed with the developers because they always need to make everything a finicky chore. Sees to me this thing will be useless, because I only intend to hunt Scouts and be running away as soon as the big Thargoids show up, meaning, when they do their pulse, I'll be running away and won't see it coming. Seriously, the more I learn about this game, the less it seems worth playing.
I've used the dot for a while. I kind of agree with TestTheAcid, it can be a benefit and a hindrance. When you're trying to module snipe with fixed lasers and rails, the extra dot definitely doesn't help. When you've popped your canopy and are still trying to shoot stuff - it helps loads.

Wasn't exactly sure how this worked. Thanks for the video
You and me both. User manual FDEV?
One of the better tutorials on how to use ax weaponry. I am not sure why you are not making more videos about AX combat.

I learned so much from this video Wiggy. Very little of this detail is supplied by FDev. Cheers!
Definitely needed this info for the Gnosis trip into what they’re saying is Thargoid infested territory. Thanks for the vid!

Thanks for the feedback! Most appreciated.
Thanks for the video Wiggy! You deserve heaps more subscribers :)

Oh wow, hey Wiggy! I winged up with you a few days ago. I'm Yon Sire Liege o7 good sir

Now I know how it works.
Thank you for the video! :)
As usual very good tutorial!

I did like it cos now it is easier to time when to use it
thank you!
Good to know. Put a neutralizer on my ship, havent had to use it yet.

Extremely useful to a Noob like me, that wants to kill an interceptor before this month is out... I think I am going to die a lot... Cheers
You'll manage it! Good hunting commander.
So it neutralizes the neutralize field as long it is fully charged and you got enough sys energy left? Amirite??
So long as you release the trigger when you're in the field and your Sys cap hasn't run out beforehand. Yes.
I just went to the founders world for all my items
How do you get that dot on the center of your HUD?
That took a while to find! It's under the controller menu, miscellaneous, show screen-centre dot.
it can actually hinder
you enjoy the adder? 🙂
I wouldn't have guessed. Thanks for the tip. :D

Time to crush some bugs 😈
Oh god, you now get hyperdicted by 1-3 thargoids instead of always 1?
Nope, its random I think

It's my jumpa conda. Stripped down and everything light weight engineered. Take out the fighter bay and all the other toys and it will hit 70.
