It was sad and disappointing to say goodbye to the program but I guess all good things must come to an end. I strongly believe there is a massive gap for something similar, I have being watching two guys, Paul and Yip, who bought a small French Hamlet in La Buslière, Normandy. It would be great to film and follow these great chaps on their journey, we have seen the chateau side of life, now I believe it’s time to watch these brits work hard to breath life and beauty into this stunning, historic village. Have their own show and program following their journey, Escape to the Hamlet? Really believe you’ll get the viewing figures and interest with the right production team. The bulge above the bread oven doorway might be created rather than evolved. Might be angled to get water off doorway floor area. Only a thought though. It looks symmetrical over door therefore might be man made etc

When you get your oven up and running, you might like to know about a new restaurant here in Coatepec Mexico that is called Pan (bread in Spanish) that serves amazing French toast made from thick slices of homemade bread with syrup, butter and lots of fresh fruit covering it. Just one idea of what to serve with your bread oven cafe.

@@eightiesallen3180 100% Allen, we have currently left all of the ivy in place on one of the barns as we need it to be held together for the moment.
