HI, the whole bag is 10mm travel foam with 1690D nylon. It is the most padding you can have without the board weighing too much. If you need/want more protection around the board the best thing to do it so pack it inside a changing towel or day bag. Hope this helps.

I have a 95L 2023 Fanatic Duotone Sky Free board. 5'3" (160x66cm). The small says up to 80L but is 165cm long. Would the small bag be ok for my board?

Hello, it seems that there is no protection for the bottom of the board
