@RB I disagree. I think it's a good point, that it would be helpful to have timestamps. I love Jillz too but the videos could definitely be improved with adding timestamps.
@thelittlemuffethe timestamps just say "low vibe #1, low vibe #2. . ." Etc. It's thoughtful that you care about Jilz' work, but she's not necessarily more important than anyone else. She made this vodeo to help people. And if her vodeo has fewer views because it's not useful to everyone, than that's ok. The viewer s time matters too
I cut out all sad music and never watch anything violent or scary anymore. As someone that had depression in the past it just doesn’t serve me. I love this video, Jillz!
I never watch scary or violent things either, and my friends and family think its so weird… but why in my free time when I can choose what I’m experiencing, would I choose that!😂
..me too..no more depressive music and also is disgusting! I'm only disgusted when I am somewhere and this kind of music is playing in the background..!
You guys should share a happy playlist 🤭 I have been driven by Afro beats lately, I feel like the energy and vibrations are sooo healing ❤️🩹 and make me energized ✨
I stop scrolling in social media, stop watching tv and spent more time in my hobby (painting). Now i have an exhibition in other country and i'm so happy!!! Not consuming contebt, creating is my passion.
Point #7 on getting enough sun WITHOUT sun cream, you are absolutely right! I live in Spain, plenty of sun here, but I had a huge Vitamin D deficit because I would always wear sun cream. Guess what, Vitamin D deficit led to a quicker growth of my myoma. Get up early in the morning to get 30 min of the first morning sun WITHOUT wearing sun cream, that is my advice.
I was married to a toxic narcissistic man When I discovered the word narcissists meant in 2018 I watched so much content on this subject every day. So I would never get involved with a man like that again But i felt like I kept meeting men like this all the time I was attracting them into my life because that’s all watched, read listened to daily So I removed all content from my phone.
On Jan 1, I wrote down my 2024 goals. One goal I set for myself was to be more present and minimize my phone usage. I use an alarm clock that plays upbeat music in the morning instead of using my phone. I don't turn on my phone until I complete my morning routine (including having a healthy breakfast) and head off to work. I keep my phone on Do Not Disturb during my work blocks and reserve phone use for my lunch break. As far as social media, I turned off push notifications and have time limits set in the app to remind me to get off the app to avoid excessive scrolling. It's more quiet and peaceful on my end and I highly recommend it.
You are so wise, and I’m so glad I found your channel last night. Especially during a time in my life where I need all of this positive energy. I admire you, and I wish more women had these mindsets you’ve adapted!
Yes to the Sun ☀ ("the sun has been demonized") - I also like the idea of 10/15 minutes in the sun without sunscreen to really get the sun's energy & Vitamin D, then put it on. I have such a love for tbe sun ☀ and tbe moon & see them as real allies. Thanks Jillz
I 100% agree with all of this, and these are all things I knew intuitively but didn’t want to start (giving up scrolling, complaining, etc..) I already started not consuming dark media or sad songs, eating fake foods, etc.. but social media is the hardest to give up.
U and ur details I mean ur hair, ur eyes, ur bedroom and all ur vibes look so elegant and soft and helped me so much in my leveling up journey. I follow ed u maybe one month ago but I changed more and more. Just love u
One more anecdote about food (and this is just my personal experience, I don't want to impose anything on anyone): My biggest surprise after I stopped eating animals was the positive shift it has caused in my mental well-being. Only then I realized that eating meat was actually a huge low vibe factor in my life because deep inside it didn't represent my values and I had to surpress my bad feelings around it. Food is so much more fun for me now :)
Most of the packages meatless stuff is loaded with man made chemicals, salt and sugar. Way more unhealthy. Meat, pure un processed crap is good for us. You do you but cutting out processed junk is vastly superior.
@@xposetruth5681 I don't know why you assume that I must eat processed meat-substitutes just because I said I'm on a vegan diet. There are tons of amazing fruits, veggies, whole grain products, seeds, nuts, herbs, spices to create amazing dishes from. You just need to know how to cook properly ;) so, both diets (vegan and omnivore) can be either very healthy or unhealthy, depending on how much processed food you eat or not. However, for me personally, the vegan diet has improved my overall well-being immensely because it has not only improved my physical but also my mental well-being.
Eating the flesh of another living being that was tortured to death and therefore holds all their fear and adrenaline hormones in it is the absolute worst thing for your vibration/health. I eat an extremely clean diet (all organic, no sugar, no caffeine, no alcohol, etc), so I agree that processed food is absolutely detrimental to our health, but meat is the absolute worst thing, because it affects your body and your soul. Everyone knows deep down it’s wrong to kill another being in order to eat it because humans don’t need to do so to survive. So deep down, your soul is misaligned if you eat meat. I was that way for 25 years, so I totally understand. But now that I changed my mindset, I’m never going back! It’s so wonderful and freeing!
My theory is that women watch all these true crime documentaries for 2 reasons: 1. We're not really allowed to express our dark sides by the society, so we use it as an outlet and 2. We want to feel safe and so we try our best to learn the risk factors around us. But the thing is, it's not a good outlet and it makes us paranoid as no amount of calculation will be good enough for us to react the best way possible, if anything, it makes us more fearful.
I want to tell you that i only recently discovered your channel and i must say it feels like i have an older sister, with i never had before. Thank you for being there!
Thank you soooo much for this!! I feel like you're always reminding me of the things I know deep down but sometimes forget. Always bringing me back to who I know I want to be! Thank you!! 😊❤️
I started doing most of these things when I decided to heal and omg your video was so on point. What I love about you is that the way you speak is soooo engaging and I can easily relate to everything that you're saying. I've become lowkey obsessed with this channel and I really really appreciate all the hours you put in to produce this amazing content. Much love and light to you.
This is so true, so glad I've come across your channel. Ive actually been telling my husband that i no longer want to watch scary movies because they dont make me feel good, id rather watch something uplifting or something to make me laugh. Being sensitive is not bad in actual fact.
Hey Jillz, thanks for sharing this. It's so important for us to cut out the low vibration stuff from our life. I do feel the negative impact of these things on my life. It's so important to switch 'I don't want this' to 'I want this instead'. I remember one day seeing a lady excessively scrolling through her phone answering messages and texts like crazy, and that nervous and stressed out energy is such low vibration. I started thinking to myself, I was doing the same, glued to my phone like a slave, with such a low vibe. That definitely doesn't make me look like a confident, happy and healthy lady.
Agree, agree, agree🌈thank you for sharing and remembering. How we feel while doing/ seeing, hearing, eating… etc matters. It just does. Have a nice day🦋🌷
I agree with every point. Thank you for your insight! I cut off news last year. I always thought it's important to know what happens in the world, but I meant facts, not brainwashing media. So, this included also social media. I had a great detox of negativity because I was surrounded by positive people I was meeting in real life, and not only virtually. 😅 I skipped people with negative mentality too, like you said. As I see them like they go backwards in life, and do not progress. So, why I need to stay with them? 😊 I watch videos like yours because they really charge me with rays of sunshine, and soft life. 🥰
THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH! Number 8 hit home perfectly with me! You are the first person I've run across that has mentioned the excessive overboard of too much self-help. This is exactly what I've been doing wrong and has sucked the enjoyment out of so many different things.
This is right on time. I just made a list similar to yours yesterday . I had started feeling bad/negative and feel the need for a change. Thanks for sharing. Have a nice week!
Hey Jillz, I just wanted to thank you for mentioning Dr. Charlie in one of your past videos. I was watching your old health related videos a few months ago, ended up finding out about him in the video, followed him, joined his membership, and had my eyes opened about health. From his page I found Dr. Sam who is local to me and I’ve started seeing him now and am doing a complete health overhaul when I was previously doing really poorly. This has basically saved my life. I just wanted to thank you since it was because of you that my journey started!!!!!
Wow this makes me so happy!!! I’m so glad you’re doing better now and found someone who can finally help you. And yes dr Charlie is amazing and I also love his membership! PS. I sent this comment to him and it made him happy too haha ❤️❤️❤️❤️
#2 is so true! I've always been averse to sad songs because I felt them too much and it always put me in such a negative headspace from an experience I've never even had before! So I find it really sad that most of the songs released nowadays have been overtly sentimental and depressive (though there's nothing wrong with it, just not my preference).
I agree with the sunscreen thing - depending on the UV, I’ll sit out or walk in the sun for a certain amount of time based on my skin type without sunscreen. Then if I want more time in the sun, I’ll put mineral sunscreen on & go outside again!
OMG 😄 I totally agree with you about watching The Office being high vibe and way better than scrolling 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 i watch it almost every day 😂 I actually have done all of these, it’s so cool to know there are others who are doing the same!!😊 I especially love what you said about the sun! I really haven’t heard anyone (besides my fiancé and I) talk about it that way. We’re totally team No Sunscreen!😄 I think the reason humans get sun burn is so that we know “oh, I’ve had enough sun for today, I’d better get in the shade”. It’s simply our body communicating to us. Imagine that haha!
Thanks for the video! I related a lot with the stopping of constantly complaining. Living on an island and missing the city I have felt much better when I accepted that it is what it is and it will not be forever.
I work with an amazing company that is huge on self help, but I went so hard for 10 years, only listened/read self help books and it made me lose my passion for reading... I recently picked up a fiction book for the first time in a long time and my heart is so happy!!
I cut out all sad break-up songs because those words and that vibe is a dark cloud! I do not want any bad mojo in my new wonderful loving relationship with the most awesomest bestest man!!!! Only positive vibes!!! ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨💫💫💫❤❤❤❤❤❤
I think you are so spot on with too much self improvement I used to watch some famous youtubers on self-improvement, and they always seemed to be talking about the same things over and over, reading self-improvement books, giving advices, creating podcasts about how to be better, how to stand out, how to do more things, etcetera, and I realized I was really not envious of their life. Even when they were talking about hobbys for me it just seemed like they picked something popular and wanted to do it for the sake of saying that they did, for the sake of showing that they could. I was just asking myself self improvement for what? Standing out from the crowd, for what? Why do they even want to get better? I woudn't have like to spend time with them to talk about life, because I wondered if they had any interest besides "trying to get better in general". I switched to watching content from people like you who are enjoying life and have a more holistic way of seeing self-improvement. I also love muchelleB videos on time management and productivity
The hardest one for me will definitely be cutting out sad music- I have a very close connection to it, but maybe that’s a sign I need to change it. I really want to become a better, high value, contributing person and you are such an inspiration to me!! Thank you so much. You’re like an older sister I never had
Unrelated but your bed looks so elegant 😍 I agree with all your points especially about negative self talk and eating processed junk food. Thanks for sharing!
I love your videos Jillz! I’m soooo grateful to have come across your channel. Your last tip is soooo beautiful and so so so underrated. I have taken it a little over board sometimes and I can appreciate you telling me really to just SLOW DOWN and bask in my happiness, joy and gratitude that I have come so far to create for myself 🥲🥲🥲❤️
Love the tips in this video! As a western women, I have recent discovered Traditional Chinese Medicine, which has helped me activate the flow of my internal feminine energy, and has also supported my yin and yang energy in more harmony, which has made me feel more aligned. A lot of the practices are covered in your videos so there is definitely a common overlap. One thing I have cut out as much as possible is caffeine, especially from dark tea and coffee. Studies have shown that caffeine is quite low vibrational (you can find this explained in the book Good Vibes Good Life), and after consuming it for a few days, or in excess, I definitely feel it weigh on my spirit and I feel like it is harder to connect with myself and be centred. I have instead substituted this to Matcha, to get my caffeine kick. Matcha is a MUCH better alternative in my opinion, as not only is it a more high vibrational colour (green, which is spiritually connected to nature, birth and regrow), it is more earthy, natural and has tons of additional health benefits such as being much higher in antioxidants, and much higher in polyphenols - which our brain LOVES. Matcha also contains significantly more L-theanine than tea for example, which actually calms you down and does not give your body the unsettled reaction that normal caffeine does from coffee. After consuming Matcha for a few days, you will for sure feel the difference in your spirit (try get organic, ceremonial grade Matcha if you're reading this and are interested). I like to drink it with just pure water and lion's mane mushroom powder mixed in for additional health benefits. I have also started wearing socks/ slippers more often, ensuring that my feet are always warm, as this supports the women's body. In traditional Chinese medicine, cold foot equates to cold uterus, which can disturb a women's energy flow. Ensuring your feet are kept warm also keeps the uterus warm and in turn fully supports the one of the most important part of your women's body.
I agree SO MUCH with the sad music one! I cannot listen to my fav artists from a year ago bc I just don't enjoy sad music.. That's why I love k-pop so much lol, it's so energetic
I've been cutting out sad music and media lately too. I just realized the same thing, that it made me feel sad, and I realized I was actually addicted to being sad, like I was just so drawn to melancholy and for me it was sad but in a beautiful way. That destroyed me because it made me addicted to anything sad. I'm still taking all of my sad song out of my Spotify because there's a lot of them lol. But nowadays I mostly watch comedy TV shows and movies, or those romantic movies with a really comfort vibe with happy endings. I used to love sad endings because they were more interesting, now they just frustrate me, like I want to leave this experience feeling good, not sad
getting sun without sunscreen is sooo underrated & necessary, i’m really glad you mentioned that cause it’s so demonized. although i have a caramel complexion & can withstand more sun, i never go to the beach or pool or anywhere with sunscreen. what i don’t do is “tan” how people be out there roasting themselves. i do what i do, play in the water, be in the sun but when it gets too much i move to the shade. dermatologists wants people to wear sunscreen every waking moment of there lives to keep the industry going. it’s all about money. sunscreen leaches into your bloodstream & causes issues whereas the sun actually heals you in a plethora of ways. you just have to get healthy doses of it. my skin is always healthiest when i’ve been getting lots of sun
I also realised for me a big difference when I stopped watching scary stuff or consuming to much negative/violent media. It sticks in your head a long time and shapes a negative view on life/the world/other people.
I really liked this video! I've always felt the same way as you about violent/crime/scary content but I haven't been able to phrase and explain the reason for it the way you do in this video. I've always felt like a bit of a coward among my friends when I said I don't enjoy this type of popular genres but now I'm happy to hear there are other people to feel the same way haha.
So funny you mentioned switching to fiction books! I've been reading non fiction self-help for many years and am all of the sudden burnt out from them. I've always said I don't care for fiction books and was so uninterested. Then, out of nowhere, I went to the book store last week and just dove into fiction books. I had no idea what I was looking for but it was really fun! Also, the last time I watched a scary documentary I felt awful and had to sage my entire house so I feel ya! : )
I love true crime and I was in a huge phase of listening to and watching it the past 3 years. But when I swapped it out for podcasts/youtube videos about other things I like (travel destinations, historical landmarks) I sudden had SO MUCH MORE TO TALK ABOUT WITH OTHER PEOPLE. Not to say that you can't talk about true crime with other people but for me that only really works if you both know the same case, etc. So this swap had a lot of positive influences on my life.
I had to cut back on the amount of thriller books I read, especially certain authors. I found it was becoming stressful. I still read them but not as much. I am actually enjoying romantic comedies because they make me happy.
A great low vibe to let go would be allowing people to post timestamps - it's so helpful at different times in our lives & for different reasons. Getting rid of judgments on people writing it out for us would be really nice on this channel. It's also a small thing! Let it go loves.
#1!!!! So that's the difference between cozy shows from the past and nihilistic modern media. You don't feel terrible after watching the nanny or friends!!!
Finally somebody talking about violent content. I was made to feel that something was wrong with me because things affected me so deeply. I'd get things luke oh I can't even watch a movie with you. This isn't normal. Etc. I'm happy I stuck to my guts and didn't push myself just to please a person that isn't in my life anymore
I love ‘sad music’ or classical instrumental or beautiful music. It doesn’t make me sad, I find it beautiful and peaceful. Though I guess it depends on what people identify as sad. My husband says it’s sad but it genuinely makes me happy, breath, and relax. Now sad movies - NOPE!
The funny thing about some songs especially in Asia is: the songs sound happy and make a good mood, but the lyrics are actually really sad. Always translate the songs you're listening to
I’m watching this and agree with you until the bit about the alarm. I’ve recently gone back to “regular hours” for work (9 to 5 kinda thing) and started using an alarm again. I have used my phone since smart phones first came out but I always choose either gentle or uplifting music. I’ve currently got a beautiful soft piece of classical music quite low in volume, just enough. I hope this helps someone.
Perfectly said. Yes! Thank you for the reminder. This also saves me energy. I feel like I spend a lot of energy trying to explain this to people I care about. Now, I can just send them this video instead. Love you, Jillz! ❤
One thing I did to help cutdown on social media is removing the apps from my home screen. That way if I want to get on Instagram (for example) I have to actively search for it which eliminates mindless clicking and scrolling Also on the sunshine point: my doctor diagnosed me with a vitamin D deficiency and she recommended going out in the morning (apparently that’s when the suns rays are the least harmful) and she said to get 30 min. Max of sunlight then put on sunscreen for the harsh sun during the rest of the day (I lived in Florida at the time)
I love this ….I relate to the music ….some of the sleep music out there makes me too melancholy so I’ve been listening to smooth jazz instead for my sleep.
I'm glad that you cut out those violent scary things for you! However personally I like to get out of my comfort zone and experience different perspectives and I'm a huge film fanatic. As long as my life is in balance I feel like it's great that I get to learn about the things others create
I think that was made my body same issue too especially after I watch manifest it made me sooo scared all the time like they invite some bad negative energy in our body now I stop watching those scary movies and not listening too much music only live band because some music got some bad energy in it thank you for sharing this information now I understand much 😊❤
You! Are! Amazing!! Watched this at the perfect time in my life (really low right now) and I feel so much better just watching you. So inspiring!! Thank you 🙏
Discovered you today, watched about a half dozen videos, already saved two to my playlists. Love you babe! Keep being strong and relaying it to us xoxo
I never understood the desperation for sunscreen so I'm glad you made a point about this! I only really wear sunscreen in the summer and ONLY when I go to the beach because I feel the sun being too much there. I never wear it in general and maybe it's my genes, but I look a lot younger than I am and I'm still being asked for my ID even for lottery tickets and I'm almost 30. People legit tell me I barely look 18 SOMETIMES. Not all the time. While it can be a compliment, it can get annoying if I'm being ID for the smallest things when I'm actually in a rush or not in the mood. I disagree with sunscreen being the "reason" people think they look young cuz it's really not and sunscreen shouldn't be used as a beauty product. It's not made for that. A positive mindset, a good lifestyle, good eating habits, general self-care and more are the reason people can look younger. Stress is a huge factor that plays into ageing and for a lot of people now-a-days, not wearing sunscreen, badgering others for not wearing it and stressing over possibly forgetting to wear it defeats the whole point in my opinion. It's just added stress for no reason when the sun is natural. Without it, we wouldn't be alive in the 1st place.
Another super helpful video - look forward to these every Sunday! And YES to sunshine - its such a great mood boost - and definitely something to be enjoyed in moderation ☀
you are just so good, so refreshing! happy sunday! thank you for organizing all of this in my brain and bringing it back to the forefront! i realized how much i’ve been mentally taking away from truly resting from scrolling! so will be working on that! xoxo from miami, on the getting some gooood sun today 😊 ☀️
I am the complete opposite of you, when I watch paranormal, scary things or true crime, I feel invigorated (especially the haunting stuff). My hubby tries to understand this about me, because he just doesn't get it. I am just wired differently I guess. I grew up on the scary stuff (my parents weren't into it, but they never stopped me from consuming that sort of thing...they saw I had an interest and spooky stuff made me happy)
I get it, I have this weird love-hate relationship with spooky stuff. I grew up devouring Stephen King novels, they were my first "grown up books" and really inspired my love of reading long books. BUT they've also messed me up for good, my friends laugh because to this day I'm unable to accept a drawn shower curtain and always pull it back in hotel rooms (because WHO KNOWS 😂). As I get older I find that I'm more and more susceptible to violence though, and really need to take things lightly when it comes to scary stuff.
True crime does lower the vibe. While helping us to avoid bad situations, it's just depressing. Paranormal stories, on the other hand, fascinate me thus raising my vibe in a sometimes harsh world.
Death metal has the same effect. It is invigorating and empowering and gives a sense of freedom. Most folks who dislike it seem to perceive the aggression being brought against them while others actually hear their own voice in the aggression and cathartic.
I hate feeling like turning my life into a "business" where everything has to be planned, there must be to-do lists and schedules and routines, that just frustrates me more. So definitely cut back on too much self-help. I only really ever go to videos like this whenever I feel like my life is falling apart just to have that little guide back on track. (So you know what this means lol)
Thank you Jillz for your wisdom, beauty and light. You are my go to for self-improvement and have helped me tremendously with navigating how to live in alignment with my life.
AWESOME video Jillz! These tips make so much sense. I naturally stay away from some of things already. I came across your channel by chance and immediately subscribed. Your content is so interesting, genuine and calming. 💕
I have cut out true crime and some horror as well (which was hard because a lot of people know me as the horror girl!) but I just had too! I have OCD and if I see or hear something disturbing enough it will obsessively intrude my thoughts and metastasize into something that threatens my peace so badly. So I cherry pick my horror films now, which is actually better because now I do my research and find high quality films made with artistic intent and that make me excited to watch instead of watching anything labelled horror just because I’m the “horror buff”.
There's my favorite TH-camr! So excited to get your notification! 🎉 I agree with all of these, sis. Thank you for your advice and all the encouragement! ❤❤

@RB I agree. I know people want to be helpful, but we don’t need that kind of help and it detracts from the content creator’s vibe. Stop it people!

Omg, I do so many of these things! Yikes. I agree with you on these.
I want to tell you that i only recently discovered your channel and i must say it feels like i have an older sister, with i never had before. Thank you for being there!
Watching scary and crime movies are like an enjoyment for me. I dont feel too scared or bad watching it. But mostly curious and entertained
#8. I never thought about that
Thank you soooo much for this!! I feel like you're always reminding me of the things I know deep down but sometimes forget. Always bringing me back to who I know I want to be! Thank you!! 😊❤️
Aww you’re so very welcome!!😘
I started doing most of these things when I decided to heal and omg your video was so on point. What I love about you is that the way you speak is soooo engaging and I can easily relate to everything that you're saying. I've become lowkey obsessed with this channel and I really really appreciate all the hours you put in to produce this amazing content. Much love and light to you.
Aw omg thank you!! I appreciate you so much! 💕
I love how you're comparing all the forms of consumption, it's not just food we feed ourselves with.I haven't even finished the video yet! Love this!
That definitely doesn't make me look like a confident, happy and healthy lady.
the sleep cylce part of the alarm enables you to change your ringtone for alarm to more soft sounds
I skipped people with negative mentality too, like you said. As I see them like they go backwards in life, and do not progress. So, why I need to stay with them? 😊
I watch videos like yours because they really charge me with rays of sunshine, and soft life. 🥰
You're so right about meeting people as much as possible in real life instead of spending excessive time online/on social media.
❤️❤️
Excellent video! I agree with you 100%👍
Cut down/out the negative..replace with the positive
Mine: 1. News & scarry/fearful/tense/ violent Media , 2. Gossip, 3. Negative people. Will add your: scroling, phone alarm, ..
@@JillzGuerin Omg amazing!!!!! Thanks again :)
#2 is so true! I've always been averse to sad songs because I felt them too much and it always put me in such a negative headspace from an experience I've never even had before! So I find it really sad that most of the songs released nowadays have been overtly sentimental and depressive (though there's nothing wrong with it, just not my preference).
Yesss, it’s like the songs are so beautiful but I feel them too much 😬
I agree with the sunscreen thing - depending on the UV, I’ll sit out or walk in the sun for a certain amount of time based on my skin type without sunscreen.
You're glowing with your High Vibe sis!!!✨🦋
Thank you!!!🥰🥰
I work with an amazing company that is huge on self help, but I went so hard for 10 years, only listened/read self help books and it made me lose my passion for reading... I recently picked up a fiction book for the first time in a long time and my heart is so happy!!
using social media in general is low vibe, I have been off it for a few years and I feel so much better
Thank you for saying #8 because I am burnt out. Love your videos. Keep up the great work.
I love the one about not putting energy into saying negative things! Super helpful
I think you are so spot on with too much self improvement
I used to watch some famous youtubers on self-improvement, and they always seemed to be talking about the same things over and over, reading self-improvement books, giving advices, creating podcasts about how to be better, how to stand out, how to do more things, etcetera, and I realized I was really not envious of their life.
Ohh the moving around the social media folder is such an incredible idea!!!!!
Unrelated but your bed looks so elegant 😍 I agree with all your points especially about negative self talk and eating processed junk food. Thanks for sharing!
Ahh thank you!! Glad this video resonates with you ❤️
I love your last point! Self help is like making soup. You can only add so many ingredients before it needs to simmer; otherwise it’s too much
I love your videos Jillz!
Yess! And I’m so grateful that you’re here!❤️
Love the tips in this video!
Yessss I’m definitely feeling the desire to dive into some fiction books this summer 💙
I love watching the true crime stuff. It makes me feel peace in life..... The blood, gore, it's just.... So good
I love true crime and I was in a huge phase of listening to and watching it the past 3 years.
Always translate the songs you're listening to
whoah i agree, i cut sad music all together
Haha love it!! 🥰
i just wanted to comment to say thank you for inspiring us to be the best version of ourselves.
Agree with it all but especially about the positive self talk being better obviously than the negative self talk
One thing I did to help cutdown on social media is removing the apps from my home screen. That way if I want to get on Instagram (for example) I have to actively search for it which eliminates mindless clicking and scrolling
Also on the sunshine point: my doctor diagnosed me with a vitamin D deficiency and she recommended going out in the morning (apparently that’s when the suns rays are the least harmful) and she said to get 30 min. Max of sunlight then put on sunscreen for the harsh sun during the rest of the day (I lived in Florida at the time)
thank you for reminding me about excessive self-help. always need a good reminder
I love the soft woman vibe you radiate🌞✨✨💫
Aw thank you 😘
I love this ….I relate to the music ….some of the sleep music out there makes me too melancholy so I’ve been listening to smooth jazz instead for my sleep.
You are such a breath of fresh air. Thank you for sharing
Aw thank you!!💕
I'm glad that you cut out those violent scary things for you! However personally I like to get out of my comfort zone and experience different perspectives and I'm a huge film fanatic. As long as my life is in balance I feel like it's great that I get to learn about the things others create
This is soooo on point!! Thank you so much for this content! Totally relatable! 😮💨💛
I think that was made my body same issue too especially after I watch manifest it made me sooo scared all the time like they invite some bad negative energy in our body now I stop watching those scary movies and not listening too much music only live band because some music got some bad energy in it thank you for sharing this information now I understand much 😊❤
thats so true, watch the words you tell to yourself
I enjoy listening to good vibe music when I do the dishes!!!! It goes by much faster!!!! xoxoox
You! Are! Amazing!! Watched this at the perfect time in my life (really low right now) and I feel so much better just watching you. So inspiring!! Thank you 🙏
Discovered you today, watched about a half dozen videos, already saved two to my playlists. Love you babe! Keep being strong and relaying it to us xoxo
Oh, and your wisdom and no-nonsense approach made me subscribe. Im going to write my own story and you are one that will help love. Thank you xoxo
I love you so much and get happy whenever I see new video of you 💗
Aww yay! 😘
Yessss agreed!! ☀️
Now this is actual useful advice thanks girl💗
I love how you explained the food point very considerate and well said.
Whole video was fantastic thanks
Glad you liked it!! 😊
you are just so good, so refreshing! happy sunday! thank you for organizing all of this in my brain and bringing it back to the forefront! i realized how much i’ve been mentally taking away from truly resting from scrolling! so will be working on that!
xoxo from miami, on the getting some gooood sun today 😊 ☀️
Glad you liked it!!! Enjoy that sunshine for me! It’s a gloomy day here in Nashville ❤️
Hi Jillz. I love you. You are so smart for someone so young. Thanks, I always need some Jillz. 🌞
Haha everyone is different!!💙
It’s corrupting.
I just found your channel and it’s been SO AMAZING to hear your words of advice and encouragement. You’ve earned a new subscriber ❤
Omg the unsettling phone alarm lol
This one thing has changed my mornings for good.
Thank you - Your hair looks so amazing, please let us know what type of highlights you have!!!!
Thank you Jillz for your wisdom, beauty and light. You are my go to for self-improvement and have helped me tremendously with navigating how to live in alignment with my life.
Ahh that makes me so happy!!!!😘😘
AWESOME video Jillz! These tips make so much sense. I naturally stay away from some of things already. I came across your channel by chance and immediately subscribed. Your content is so interesting, genuine and calming. 💕
Southern Italy is nowhere near the Equator but it actually feels like it is starting to get closer and closer, judging by the weather 🥵
I feel marvelous thanks for the advice
14:20 I am watching your video on my evening walk right now which is so lovely!
Love that!!!💕
Love this hair on you, straight looks stunning on you!!
Omg 🥰🥰🥰 thank you so much for supporting me!!❤️
I want to live in your world, girl! 🥰 Great tips! Your videos are definitely high vibes and they make me feel good. Thank you!
