- Here is the official Decked! top-to-bottom tour of @seacloudcruises 2021-built SEA CLOUD SPIRIT, the exclusive cruise line's largest and most luxurious ship. Your host Peter Knego takes you from her teak lined Sun Deck down to the engine room, in the process capturing all of her deck areas, public spaces and most stateroom and suite categories. The 5,483 gross ton vessel carries a mere 136 guests and took fourteen years to complete from concept to delivery. Including her bowsprit, she is 452.7 feet long and without a doubt one of the most beautiful cruise ships afloat. Licensed music from Artlist includes: "Forizmo" by Adrian Berengeur, "Learn To Fly" by ANBR, "Age Of The Bear" by Watershed, "Meet Me In Morocco" by Amparo, "Praia Do Norte" by Arnos Ever Hadani, "The Kites" by Evgeny Bardyuzha, "Sur Le Manego" by Francesco D'Andrea and "Fragments Of Sunlight" by Idokay. #seacloudspirit #seacloudcruises #sailcruiseships #seacloud #luxurycruise #luxurycruiseship #luxurycruises #luxurycruising
I am just literally blown away Peter. If I had the money I would go on this ship. Everything about this ship screams luxury and style. I couldn't find anything wrong with this one. It was just perfect. Thank you for this marvelous tour. I really enjoyed it.😊😊
Thanks so much, Deborah! It is so nice that a ship like this can be built today but as you say, it is something that most of us cannot afford. Appreciate your watching and posting.
@@midshipcinema you're welcome. I would love to see more like them built, but at a reasonable price like it used to be. The video just made me feel very welcomed, almost like family. I think that's what's missing today.
Fabulous! Magnifique! Superb! Restores my faith in cruising. Such a refreshing change from the mass-market mega ships I have no interest in sailing on. Can't wait to try Sea Cloud.
That's wonderful, Mark! So happy you enjoyed the video and hope you have a fantastic Sea Cloud experience. :)
How wonderful
Funny that I was just looking at this ship from the promenade of _Ruby Princess_ as we departed Colón, Panama, on the evening of 3 January 2024. Another passenger and I remarked on her, though, neither of us knew which ship this was or had ever seen her before. Now, only just two weeks later, I stumble across this video about that very same ship! I can now name the sailing vessel that I have photographs of.
Fantastic that you found her here. What a nice, serendipitous happenstance.
because you spoke about it, you were in the area, etc and all that is tracked all the time all over the world.
Peter, you always do such a fantastic job. This is a perfect representation of that. Thank you I enjoyed this immensely.
That is so kind of you, Geoffrey! I appreciate that very much. :)
Thanks again Peter. As always this was fantastic.
Thank you so much, Frank! :)
Very comprehensive! Thank you!
Thanks for watching! :)
Watching a midshipcinema video always helps. especially in tough times as I'm in at the moment.
Thanks Mr Knego.
@pocketwatch5149, I so appreciate your support and kind words. I'm sorry you are in tough times and hope things improve ASAP.
@@midshipcinema thanks for the kind words. i'm sure life will endur
Great video! This might end up being a very expensive 25 minutes for me. lol!
LOL, @Amosandy100, it was a very expensive 25 minutes for me! Seriously, thanks for watching. SCS is a gorgeous ship in a world that needs many more of them.
Sir Pedro, thanks for another quality video. Bravo!
Gracias, Senor Bruce! Always appreciate your support. :)
I’ve, Been Watching Since The “Sailing Day: New York” Because The SeaBreeze Caught My Eye One Of My Favorite Ships
Very cool! I need to do a proper video about both SEA BREEZE and ISLAND BREEZE. One day soon, I hope! Thanks for watching and commenting. :)
Yea, I’d Love To See A Video On It, Wonderful Ship, With A Wonderful History .
Thanks for another interesting Decked!
Thanks so much for watching, Chris! :)
I Love This Channel
I love that you love this channel! Thank you! :)
Another wonderful video, thank you for producing some high quality!!
Thank you, QuirkyCruise, for having such a wonderful website filled with well-told stories of interesting ships and cruises.
What a glorious ship! Documented with beautiful photography and informed narration by Peter, and his fabulous eye for detail. Love the palate-cleanser sorbet description: "drenched in a rogue wave of bubbly!"
Anne Kalosh, the ultimate professional journalist and cherished friend, thank you for watching and for the inspiration! Being on SCS with you was a dream fulfilled!
A dream come true for me, too, Peter!
Thank you Peter for another brilliant presentation. Guess there is only one thing left to do, book a cruise.
Hah! That is always a good option! Thanks so much for watching and posting in the meantime. :)
Thats a proper ship, what a beauty 😍 You have the best job in the world, Peter 😄👍🏼
She is! Thanks so much, Frank. I am very fortunate until bills need to be paid, lol.
Interesting vessel. Personally i think shes more of a frankenstein of cruiseships. Her hull has a lot of apertures of many different shapes that dont fit in with traditional sailing ship or yacht design. The upper portion would appear more of a gimmick for the tourists.
Is it just me, or does the fitness center have echos of the gymnasium on the Olympic/Titanic?
Perhaps but with a much better view. :)
First
The early bird! Thank you! :)
Quite an aft on that gal
Indeed! She is to clipper sterns what the CONNIE and INDY were to counters. So nice that they can build them "pretty" if they put their minds to it.
