Despite of what’s going on he managed to set it aside & show Neal Schon how grateful he is for this one’s in a lifetime opportunity that changed his life & can’t just let this band down. Could you imagine that? Then he is heading next to Toronto for sure with a massive crowd.!! Hope Journey takes care of AP, the most that they could do is NOT to include Arnel with Jon/Neil+ wife's immature feuds!!

Arnel has the attitude and enthusiasm and obviously puts all the drama aside when he’s on stage. Safe to assume, without Arnel, Journey would be done. He has the stage presence that Steve Augeri and Jeff Scott Soto were missing.
I remember waiting out all night for tickets at City Hall Music(sadly, long gone)in Marlborough, MA for the Raised on Radio tour🥳, great memories... This band has made great music over the years... Despite all the sad inner turmoil within the band the ticket prices are just ridiculous these days & it's really sad to bring someone from the Philippines, who loves the music & ruin his passion for music with all the drama. I hope I'm wrong! But, it has to be tough on the guy even if he still puts on a good show for the fans. Music is supposed to make people feel good, motivate them & it's sad to hear the ones who lead the way are ruining their own amazing milestone with business issues, who owns rights etc. Your a band, a team & your not fully embracing the beautiful mark you have made in music & in people's lives. It's a 50th year tour, not too many get there. It will be over soon & what then?? I wish you all the very best. May you find peace with each other & love your gift of music again. GOD Bless 💝

I just saw Arnel this week, as he performed in Canada( Montreal, then Quebec City) In Quebec City, he performed in Videotron Area with a 19,500 seating capacity, and all tickets sold out, with crowds so overwhelmed with Arnel''s incredible performances!! I was lucky enough to see AP over there as I was given a ticket with my friends and to tell you the truth, to really appreciate Arnel is to watch how AP performed at the venue, the experience of hearing him is magical!!. . Remember that he is singing "Rock! at LIVE..those wear and tear were experienced by popular stars as I wrote above..Their schedule is also brutal, lucky that AP is still that great considering he is with the band for more than 15 years!!AP's performance in Quebec City was sensational!! The next stop of Journey with AP would be Toronto, Oh boy, that place is heavily populated by Pinoys.. it would be another grand slam Concert for sure!..

I'm sorry, but there was never anyone who could have the perfect pitch and sound of Steve Perry's voice. What a major loss he was to Journey. I have tried to be open minded when Steve was replaced, but there is no comparison. To this day, I watch old Journey videos on utube to admire one of the finest voices I have ever heard. But SP himself claimed in an Interview (at the age of 74 years old,)he can no longer reach a high register sound like he used to do,.Of course, AP is not competing, he is just doing his job to keep that Journey legacy alive. The journey band Is lucky already to have recruited AP because at that time of 2007, after Augeri, then Sotto, the popularity of Journey was floundering, Yes, since SP left!! Arnel Pineda has given Journey extra life, for more than 15 years now!!. Old age changes one's voice just like Paul McCarthy. And yes, Arnel is 19 years younger than SP, but would one day AP would be retiring too.. So far, I saw AP last year 2022 in Tampa, Fla, then I saw him in Quebec City, Canada, on March 10, 2023and AP gave an incredible performance each time!!.. with a sold-out ticket in Videotron Arena of 19, 500 seats.. .. And the crowds were in awe with his powerful performance..! One has to see Journey at a LIVE venue place, not only rely on video footage. with poor audio..Why?
