Brandon Campbell hi brandon for someone who just recovered from a tfcc injury, i still experience pain in my wrists and am afraid i will reinjure them again. Do you recommend this wraps or you have any other recommendations for wrist wraps?

I ended up just saying "fuck it" and pulling the trigger on these a week or so ago, don't regret it at all and I'm glad this video helps reassure me. My wrists are garbage from years of PC gaming and these things are god-tier for helpful even at the shitty low weight I'm doing. It's really good to know these aren't a mediocre product at a stupidly high price point.

How comfortable would you say these are compared to your other ones? I'm looking to get a new pair and want the most comfortable pair possible. My inzer Z's are extremely painful to use.

They're not bad for $10 though...
Mine are fucked, had them a few months
I bought mine probably 4 months ago, there is a few frayed elastic band that have popped out, but I just trimmed them.

RDX are not great, looking to get SBD, in my opinion I don't really like the red and blue colour scheme of the Gangsta wraps, either all red, or all blue would have been better.
Would love to see how these compare to the new STrong wraps. Debating on which length to get based off the super rigid material. Your insight would be great appreciated, Brandon. Thanks for all the great content.
I have the shorter STrong wraps and like them, but I prefer a longer wrap personally.
Geez yours held up better than mine...mine have sweat stains on the inside, the loop is stretched out and the gangsta logo is starting to fray and fall off...that being said it's been almost two years of use.
I think they changed the construction some since these original ones.

I like SBD. I've read a lot of people say that the ganksta wraps wear out quickly so I didn't buy any. Obviously I've not tried the gankstas personally but my SBDs have held up just fine, and also I looooove the knee sleeves.

Hey Brandon, how do you wash your wrist wraps? I've never heard anyone mention washing their wrist wraps besides you in this video. Now I think I should wash my Gangstas and STrong wrist wraps lol.

How would you compare them to the STrong wraps? I'm in the market for my first pair of wraps but I feel like STrong wraps will be a bit overkill.

How tight do I wrap my wrist wraps?
as tight as you can where it's not uncomfortable.
I think the gangsta wraps stretch and compress a lot tighter with very little effort. I have a pair of "other" and it takes a lot more effort and tugging to get a tight(er) feel. Whatever material and however it is woven in the Gangsta's is superior to a few others I've tried. Solid product.

I have the same problems with the SBD's. The velcro is so bad, every time I'm done wrapping one arm and start on the other the one I just wrapped shoots loose. Will definitely buy the Gangsta Wraps now thanks.

That's interesting.. I use the sbd wraps and love them, but the Velcro does give me an issue once in a while. I have to always make sure I press down all the way around after I wrap.

Most other "fitness" youtubers.. Vloging about there apparel line, eating chipotle or the typical IIFYM videos while showing off there Umoro bottles and other product placement out the ass and spewing out the same "reach for you're goals" pep talk and receive a bunch of free shit for being basic.
Something really doesn't add up here.

I bought these a few months ago and really like them. I think they changed the strap on the ones I have to a cloth strap, they're not shiny/vinyl like yours.

have the same issues with my SBD Wrist Wraps, velcro is terrible. Some of the IPF guys had them pop off while squatting/benching in competition. Gangstas are prime time, but not stiff enough at times.

I got the Inzer wrist wraps these definitely look a little more flexible, which is good! Theses Inzer ones cut off all circulation to my hands. They look like they're about to be amputated. Hehe these might be my next pick up. The name sounds awesome too! Thanks BBC.

Would you recommend using wrist straps on dead lifts for a while to help heal tendonitis? I know what you're going to say already: "fuck your elbow"... But I dont want to wreck my shit, and at the same time, I dont want to take a bunch of time off the gym.
ADAPT ONE I've found the best cure for tendonitis is time off.
Didn't you get the Supertraining knee sleeves too? How are they holding up? I've read some reviews of people saying they fell apart after only a few months.
Jacob William Can't comment on them as I ended up giving my pair away since they were slightly too big. I didn't have any issues with them for the few weeks I used them however.

I love my mini gangsters. I was a little scared of the longer wraps... Have you ever tried the minis? Yeah don't wash them. A little hot water in the sink some laundry detergent and a thorough brushing cleans them right up.

I don’t wash my knee sleeves, I hear it keeps the energy from all your lifts and traps it inside the gym gear. In fact they say it’s about 5% difference in the weight u can handle between washed and unwashed gym gear. Some people ask me what program do I use to build strength, Strong Lifts? 5/3/1? Maybe Smolov because I’m Russian, but no..... I simply don’t wash my gym gear.

I was looking at these and went with Strength Shop Thor ones (A lot cheaper) as the Gangsta ones are quite expensive here in the UK. A lot of people said the stitching came lose very fast. Any experience with this ever?
