The design of collection of funds for the project is the best it can be. Roll it on Ruto, roll it. We need to get rid of the poor living environment in our urban centres. Today it is not uncommon to find a university student who has never seen a flushing toilet leave alone the one one sits on. We can't go on like this. Watu wenye mishahara must be forced to save to enable good and affordable houses to be put up. It is the responsibility of the citizens to ensure, thereafter, the the funds are utilized efficiently for the purpose. If they fail to do so, baas, it shall be the cost of the houses.
