We started using planning center for free with 3 people and I'll never ever plan worship without again.

I run a youth group worship team and whatsapp works best since some of the kids dont have email or phones so I have their parents instead

We have whatsapp rehearsal groups which work better than planning centre. That works better for our team. We've tried Planning Centre and it was not very effective.
