I agree. Taylor is an opportunist. She's using the show and she is not ashamed. She and Brandon have ZERO chemistry. And they both know it. Brandon didn't stay because of anything the pastor said. He stayed because he likes being on TV. That little scene he made in Panama because he was upset about the camera's in his face was so fake. He loves being on TV as much as Taylor. But nearly not as much as ZACH.

I think he was not giving her what she was craving. All his arguments with everyone around it just turned her off. Brendan have issues with everyone around and it is so moody I could not be with someone like that it would totally turned me off too. Her social media it just filling the fact she is very loneny and her list what she wants in the man is not all that demanding and I am sure some areas like the high she might complomises as long as he is not smaller than her. I don't think venting on social media is the answer to anything but looks like she was done with it she had enough putting up with his childlish tantrums and walking on the egg shells everyday without knowing he is in or out. Now i get why he got so mad about her filming him for her followers in the morning...he suspected her at that point...and then the anger at her before they left..he didn't want to say it right out at the time, so he did it in a childish way, but she is really the one manipulating everything for her own little show, for her followers. I loved Taylor at the beginning of the season. But that video was crossing a line and it's even worse that she refuses to own up to it or see any fault with it. It's bad enough when someone does a bad thing but it's even worse when they won't own up to it or apologize for it. And her friends are no help. They seem like "yes men". Friends should support you but they shouldn't lie to you and tell you you never do anything wrong. A good friend should be able to tell you when you mess up like Meka did.

Based on her poor decisions and poor listening skills, she wasn’t able to recover from her mistakes nor to own up to her mistakes. If she cared more about her marriage, she would have more humility even if she had to apologize, she would not look so defiant when Meka advised her to apologize to her husband Brandon.
I feel what Taylor did by making that video proves she is no longer there for the right reasons. Perhaps at the beginning she may have been more committed, at least that's the way it appeared. When she made the meal, which looked great, Brandon seemed so happy & he waited for her to eat with him, while she was taking pictures of the meal or whatever she was doing on her phone. He politely waited & she gave a wave of her hand & sharply said, "go ahead and eat." That was so rude & the happy Brandon became the unhappy Brandon real fast. She claims he comes into the apartment & ignores her... well, she is always on her phone. She was even on her phone when having lunch with her 2 friends. She does show an attitude with Brandon. He has a more passive personality & I think she feels to do & say what she wants when she wants. He was a jerk in Panama but then I thought they decided to 'reset.' I liked her at the start but it is plain to me that she is now putting a spin on everything to make herself look like the victim here because he has cast her out & she probably is not used to that.
Well if anybody was paying attention before all this happened she told Brandon she doesnt feel like he is trying to get to know her Brandon did not seem like he was into her it seemed like she was always giving in to his childish ways like when he ignored her for a whole day (weird) he should of spoken up!! That to me set the tone for how he was and she tried to talk to him and he just pulled away from her like a little boy.. and the dinner she made was another nice gesture which I never seen him make any efforts to make her feel special he could of took initiative to speak at the table and step up and I feel that’s all she wanted but he’s just to absorbed in himself actually the video was distasteful but why is everybody on her for that? I think they were the couple doomed to fail, which the show needs at least one. Can’t take the chance of having a season where everyone couple has the potential to actually make it work. There has to be at least one couple that’s 100% not going to work out for the sake of drama. Matching up someone with zero interest in social media with someone trying to become an influencer is never going to work. Both people have to want that so they can put their whole life or at least pretend to put their whole lives on social media. How does it work when a women says she married yet her husband is never on her platform? He’ll also never understand why she’s typing to her followers all the time and taking stupid pictures of her food. If your not involved in social media that just seem weird af to anyone else. That being said I’m also convinced she only went on the show to boost her profile. Those tears at the doctors office didn’t seem legit at all.

I think taylor wants brandon to crawl bark and beg. In her mind she's the sole prize (because of her appearance). Unfortunately that will fade and so will her "followers". I don't think you're right. I think she just want someone normal who just being himself and concentrate on more important things like marriage not on how he looks and arguing with everyone around him and making her feeling like he is not truly committed to the marriage with her. The beauty of a real marriage would be growing in love and support, taking the good with the bad, and the bitter with the sweet. People need to have a safe place with their spouse and be allowed to have weaknesses because we all have them. If her husband confided in her that he has panic attacks...why would she continue to taunt and expose him in the precise way that sets him off? That's devilish to me. The scene where the producers were following Brandon around told a lot. Taylor didnt stand up for Brandon at all. She was more.concerned with how he/they looked on camera. That's selfish and self absorbed. Brandon went over the top on the van in Panama but I got where he was coming from. Betrayal is hard to bounce back from, which I feel that was. Next, he almost became a mute struggling with how to balance his tendencies to go off, with trying to communicate with and please his wife. He did a lot in my opinion. And she could've humbled herself at least by GENUINELY accepting his apology. Something in that girl shut down as a wife. She went back to being an Instagram sensation. That's her life and probably her future if she doesnt get a clue how empty that is.

Brandon is doing the right thing by leaving to protect himself.... Taylor cannot be trusted using Instagram to increase her popularity while doing a reality show is really low.
When I look at Taylor, I see “fake”. From that wig, to her (what I believe) fake chin implant. To me, there may be some truth to what Brandon is saying, and that she is the one gaslighting him. Not the other way around. I also think Brandon’s accusation of guys calling her phone at 3am when the cameras aren’t rolling, may have the ring of truth. Just my opinion.

The matches on this show have been horrible since the second Season. None of the couples stayed married until Season 5. So from Seasons 2-4 all the couples used to split up.

Classic example. The people that are being recruited for this show are not looking for marriage. They are looking for attention. Brandon & Taylor were doomed from the beginning. He acted out on the honeymoon. She tried to save face and now it's payback time for him. She was done with him when he didn't move in the apartment. Downhill from that point on.
Haven't seen the rest of the show yet but Taylor is really immature, and oblivious to how thoughtless her behavior is and how negatively it affects others. Take when Brandon tells the photographers he needs some private time alone. Perfectly reasonable. It's unhealthy to expect people to live with a camera in their face 24/7. If Taylor had supported him and had his back, told the photographers, "He does really need some private time to be his best." There would have been no blow up. Instead she tells Brandon he has to be (her idea of) perfect 100% of the time otherwise she doesn't want to be married to him! A child's fantasy of marriage!! Then she doesn't have a clue why he is so angry and blows up afterwards. But the worst is the video she posts above. Essentially saying that Brandon is a piece of trash, doesn't look like she wants, isn't intelligent, a criminal, etc. and posting while married that she is single and can't find a decent man anywhere even with her so low minimal standards. It's self centered, shallow, and very cruel - intentionally so, something no one else is in this series. At no point does she apologize or accept ownership or responsibility for her actions and their effects. The Psychologist who counsels Taylor and Brandon is way too wimpy. If she had insisted Taylor's behavior was not ok, and called her out in stronger language Taylor might have benefited and perhaps grown from this. As it is she's not ever going to have a viable, lasting relationship till she does start showing some consideration for others than herself, and step up and take responsibility for her behavior and mistakes, not with Taylor or anyone else.
Currently watching the show and couldn't agree more, if she is incapable of seeing that what she did was detrimentally wrong in a relationship (much less a marriage) then Brandon is far better off without her.
She is half way decent with her looks but her actions are foul and the inability to admit her wrong doing (the video) is trash and childish. We see why she is overly single..

Two lessons from MAFS: 1) What you want is not always what you need. 2) If what you want and need are synonymous, it doesn’t take away from the fact that it still takes work. ESPECIALLY when you’re complete strangers. **Bonus: 3) I felt where Brandon was coming from since the honeymoon. She loves attention and is highly used to cameras; he’s not. Obviously he signed up for the show, but, dang, babysteps!
2 wrongs don't make a right. And no there's no excuse for Brandon's tantrums but I've been thinking about some things in early episodes. So if we rewind to the beginning we already know that Brandon has anxiety and he's told her since the beginning that he doesn't like all the social media. So she wakes him up with a diary cam. He tries to explain himself but he gets the eye roll. Every dinner ,drink ,etc. ( while they're supposed to be spending quality time )has to be posted. He tries to tone his behavior down but she's still stone walling him. Him calling him out of her name and being disrepectful. I get it but something had to have triggered it. All this time i have been thinking that taylor was the victim til i really watched this last episode and the unfiltered. A reset / forgiveness means you stop holding that prior incident against him and try to grow and learn how not to let it happen again.

If I woke up and unexpectedly found a personal camera in my face...and I can't just react or "take a minute" because there's a full production crew waiting close by to capture my reaction to her action...and as a man of color I could never be seen as bothered only as "angry", so I have to bottle up (ie; be silent) about how I feel in that moment...and I'm in a foreign country so I really can't get away to collect my thoughts...so what would have taken me a minute, at home, now takes me a day...smh. He handled that situation the best way he could and the only way he knew how.
Brandon is a physically attractive man, for him to be single when the odds of dating are easier for men says a LOT about him. He is not someone I would date because he is a disrespectful person.
I think it was all due to the fact of her living for her "followers", that he can handle the camera's as much as possible, but not with her doing it as well. You have to really listen to what he is saying, she was talking about doing other TV shows all prior to this, and he got in this for a real marriage, i think all this going thru made him very angry. His mom even said she has never seen him act like that.
'This isnt what i came here for...'. Nope she came there looking for a 6'3", financial affluent, simp who'd do whatever she wanted. Instead she ended up with a guy who possesses integrity, self respect and the intelligence to walk out the door when he knew she's a user.
Taylor was horrible. Brandon was no prize but Taylor took it to the gutter with that one. She stayed out all night twice. Did you hear her call him a boy? Further, she stalked him afterwards by going to his job with another man.

After his tantrums attitude and being emotionally distant and disrespectful Taylor had enough and reacted. You quick to forgive Brandon for his disrespect but not Taylor. And just cause he apologized does not make it sincere cause his actions never changed. I have more respect for Taylor not apologizing.
It would be one thing if she apologized, but there wasn't even a comprehension of regret with the way she responded to everything. Brandon has his issues but there was no mistake he was trying and even was willing to get grilled by her friends and family to patch things up early on, I can't blame him for leaving.

I think he was not giving her what she was craving. All his arguments with everyone around it just turned her off. I loved Taylor at the beginning of the season. But that video was crossing a line and it's even worse that she refuses to own up to it or see any fault with it. It's bad enough when someone does a bad thing but it's even worse when they won't own up to it or apologize for it. And her friends are no help. They seem like "yes men". Friends should support you but they shouldn't lie to you and tell you you never do anything wrong. A good friend should be able to tell you when you mess up like Meka did.

I feel what Taylor did by making that video proves she is no longer there for the right reasons. Perhaps at the beginning she may have been more committed, at least that's the way it appeared. When she made the meal, which looked great, Brandon seemed so happy & he waited for her to eat with him, while she was taking pictures of the meal or whatever she was doing on her phone. He politely waited & she gave a wave of her hand & sharply said, "go ahead and eat." That was so rude & the happy Brandon became the unhappy Brandon real fast. She claims he comes into the apartment & ignores her... well, she is always on her phone. She was even on her phone when having lunch with her 2 friends. She does show an attitude with Brandon. He has a more passive personality & I think she feels to do & say what she wants when she wants. He was a jerk in Panama but then I thought they decided to 'reset.' I liked her at the start but it is plain to me that she is now putting a spin on everything to make herself look like the victim here because he has cast her out & she probably is not used to that.

Well if anybody was paying attention before all this happened she told Brandon she doesnt feel like he is trying to get to know her Brandon did not seem like he was into her it seemed like she was always giving in to his childish ways like when he ignored her for a whole day (weird) he should of spoken up!! I think they were the couple doomed to fail, which the show needs at least one. Can’t take the chance of having a season where everyone couple has the potential to actually make it work. There has to be at least one couple that’s 100% not going to work out for the sake of drama. Matching up someone with zero interest in social media with someone trying to become an influencer is never going to work. Both people have to want that so they can put their whole life or at least pretend to put their whole lives on social media. How does it work when a women says she married yet her husband is never on her platform? He’ll also never understand why she’s typing to her followers all the time and taking stupid pictures of her food. If your not involved in social media that just seem weird af to anyone else. That being said I’m also convinced she only went on the show to boost her profile. Those tears at the doctors office didn’t seem legit at all.

The matches on this show have been horrible since the second Season. None of the couples stayed married until Season 5. So from Seasons 2-4 all the couples used to split up.

Lies are extremely dangerous and damaging even more so when you start to believe your own lies...she at least seems to be that kind of person..
Classic example. The people that are being recruited for this show are not looking for marriage. They are looking for attention. Brandon & Taylor were doomed from the beginning. He acted out on the honeymoon. She tried to save face and now it's payback time for him. She was done with him when he didn't move in the apartment. Downhill from that point on.
Haven't seen the rest of the show yet but Taylor is really immature, and oblivious to how thoughtless her behavior is and how negatively it affects others. Take when Brandon tells the photographers he needs some private time alone. Perfectly reasonable. It's unhealthy to expect people to live with a camera in their face 24/7. If Taylor had supported him and had his back, told the photographers, "He does really need some private time to be his best." There would have been no blow up.
Instead she tells Brandon he has to be (her idea of) perfect 100% of the time otherwise she doesn't want to be married to him! A child's fantasy of marriage!! Then she doesn't have a clue why he is so angry and blows up afterwards.
But the worst is the video she posts above. Essentially saying that Brandon is a piece of trash, doesn't look like she wants, isn't intelligent, a criminal, etc. and posting while married that she is single and can't find a decent man anywhere even with her so low minimal standards. It's self centered, shallow, and very cruel - intentionally so, something no one else is in this series. At no point does she apologize or accept ownership or responsibility for her actions and their effects.
The Psychologist who counsels Taylor and Brandon is way too wimpy. If she had insisted Taylor's behavior was not ok, and called her out in stronger language Taylor might have benefited and perhaps grown from this. As it is she's not ever going to have a viable, lasting relationship till she does start showing some consideration for others than herself, and step up and take responsibility for her behavior and mistakes, not with Taylor or anyone else.
Currently watching the show and couldn't agree more, if she is incapable of seeing that what she did was detrimentally wrong in a relationship (much less a marriage) then Brandon is far better off without her.

Two lessons from MAFS:
1) What you want is not always what you need.
2) If what you want and need are synonymous, it doesn’t take away from the fact that it still takes work. ESPECIALLY when you’re complete strangers.
**Bonus: 3) I felt where Brandon was coming from since the honeymoon. She loves attention and is highly used to cameras; he’s not. Obviously he signed up for the show, but, dang, babysteps!
2 wrongs don't make a right. And no there's no excuse for Brandon's tantrums but I've been thinking about some things in early episodes. So if we rewind to the beginning we already know that Brandon has anxiety and he's told her since the beginning that he doesn't like all the social media. So she wakes him up with a diary cam. He tries to explain himself but he gets the eye roll. Every dinner ,drink ,etc. ( while they're supposed to be spending quality time )has to be posted. He tries to tone his behavior down but she's still stone walling him. Him calling him out of her name and being disrepectful. I get it but something had to have triggered it. All this time i have been thinking that taylor was the victim til i really watched this last episode and the unfiltered. A reset / forgiveness means you stop holding that prior incident against him and try to grow and learn how not to let it happen again.
I agree. If I woke up and unexpectedly found a personal camera in my face...and I can't just react or "take a minute" because there's a full production crew waiting close by to capture my reaction to her action...and as a man of color I could never be seen as bothered only as "angry", so I have to bottle up (ie; be silent) about how I feel in that moment...and I'm in a foreign country so I really can't get away to collect my thoughts...so what would have taken me a minute, at home, now takes me a day...smh. He handled that situation the best way he could and the only way he knew how.
Brandon is a physically attractive man, for him to be single when the odds of dating are easier for men says a LOT about him. He is not someone I would date because he is a disrespectful person.
Taylor was hella wrong for posting that video - she knew what she was doing - she wanted to hurt him...

Brandon supposedly hates the camera, but had no problem hopping on this time.
I think it was all due to the fact of her living for her "followers", that he can handle the camera's as much as possible, but not with her doing it as well. You have to really listen to what he is saying, she was talking about doing other TV shows all prior to this, and he got in this for a real marriage, i think all this going thru made him very angry. His mom even said she has never seen him act like that.
So much manipulation...
'This isnt what i came here for...'. Nope she came there looking for a 6'3", financial affluent, simp who'd do whatever she wanted. Instead she ended up with a guy who possesses integrity, self respect and the intelligence to walk out the door when he knew she's a user.

Taylor was horrible. Brandon was no prize but Taylor took it to the gutter with that one. She stayed out all night twice. Did you hear her call him a boy? Further, she stalked him afterwards by going to his job with another man.

So now Brandon is the victim all a sudden? I surely don't take his side. He had a hand in causing that video. After his tantrums attitude and being emotionally distant and disrespectful Taylor had enough and reacted. You quick to forgive Brandon for his disrespect but not Taylor. And just cause he apologized does not make it sincere cause his actions never changed. I have more respect for Taylor not apologizing.
It would be one thing if she apologized, but there wasn't even a comprehension of regret with the way she responded to everything. Brandon has his issues but there was no mistake he was trying and even was willing to get grilled by her friends and family to patch things up early on, I can't blame him for leaving.
