Beating Wind Waker: Forsaken Fortress, Revengeance

In Part 14 of my Wind Walker playthrough on the Wii U, I have to go back to Forsaken Fortress. It was annoying having to redo some of the same stuff I did, but I did fight Phantom Ganon! Eventually I go up against that huge bird, the Helmaroc King. Then I end up where I was a few videos ago, looking for something to melt any ice or whatever it was...
