No, and I realize that you're wanting just to talk about the movie yet those of us that adore Drew Barrymore would also like to comment on things that we have done to celebrate her life. Yes! Different from what I expected but it was great to see a sense of closure for Laurie Strode after 44 years. Jamie Lee Curtis is the ultimate Final Girl.
Jamie Lee Curtis is such a phenomenal actress, and inspiration.
For instance she was great in Scream Queens tv-series (2015-2016).

Honestly, in the 70s I can totally believe that what Jamie Lee Curtis says happened to Laurie after the events of the first Halloween movie was exactly what happened. A sort of "just walk it off" kind of mentality, and no real help. Love these two ladies. P.S.: You know, being bored is actually hard, makes you all anxious.
We’ve definitely come way too far opposite of the mentality. I feel like the 90s was a good “medium” ground. Lol.

I just love how smart, well spoken, fierce yet gracious and humble Jamie Lee is. The fact that she is so respectful of the fans goes to show what kind of a human being she is. I loved the movie! I have been a fan for years! Thank you so much for all the Halloween movies you have offered us.

@@mu6qy that was a marketing thing that they used in the trailer, people see a big star and they assume she’s a lead. The trailers were masterpieces, that showed little and got people hooked. I’ve been looking for opinions on this, mostly get silly answers like ‘google it’ or some nonsense.
Most people when I ask about her ‘iconic’ roles seem to answer one of three things none of them horror. It’s like ET, Charlie’s Angels or romantic comedies. Still this was a great answer, I basically write off the character at the start (of Scream) since it was a red herring

I can definitely agree with Jamie's theory on what happened to Laurie after Michael attacked her in 1978. Back then, there was very little if any support for victims. So she had to cope as best she could. In H20 she was an alcoholic. In this new timeline, she was a little crazy with paranoia and obsession. I don't that's exactly how it would have went down if this was real life.

Halloween (1978) is one of the greatest and scariest horror movies of all time. The story, performance's, music, images, astomphere, tension, and cinematography was so suspenseful, frightening, haunting, mysterious, thrilling, intense, eerie, creepy, and spooky 😰😱 which works perfectly for the movie. To this day the twist ending still gives me chills and goosebumps.😰😱 It was decent. To this day I still watch it and I consider it a classic. It never gets old. Halloween (1978) is a true blue ultimate masterpiece in horror cinema. John Carpenter directed a classic that will be in our hearts forever. 😍😎👍💯

Janet Leigh did a phenomenal and spectacular job portraying Marion Crane as she put tons of emotion and depth into her role. It was decent. To this day I still watch it and I consider it a classic. My Halloween ended after they set him on fire in 2. In my mind, the hospital explosion set by Loomis was Michael's true demise. So even though I had zero interest in the reboots, the fact that Jamie came back for them is too cool. Cause there is no Halloween without Laurie.

Halloween Ends was absolutely and positivity thrilling and exciting as it was filled with so many twists and turns. 😰😱 It was such a nail-biting and intense thrill ride as it kept me on the edge of my seat. 😰😱 It was decent. It was definitely and completely mind-blowing as it was such a epic and satisfying conclusion to end the trilogy. 😍😎👍💯

1978 was Jamie The Curtis 1st movie on highway. I love all those movies . That was 3 years after my graduation fromission from high school. No I'm age 66 Years old When she made that movie I was 22 Halloween ends 1st time I actually seen it on the Theater What I love about the theaters where I live your chair can decline And I usually go by myself Because my wife doesn't appreciate those type of movies The friends I have don't like it . But one friend of mine went with me to a scary movie At the theaterFriday the 13th Jason goes to hell.

The ONLY thing I was disappointed about was that they changed Laurie and Michael’s relationship from siblings to being unrelated. In my world, Laurie and Michael will always be siblings. In the new movies, it was only “rumored” by the Haddonfield community that they were related.
This is my all time favorite horror series and I love every version of it. I even still see Josh Hartnett as her son lol.
I saw Halloween ends and I see Halloween 1(1978) and Halloween 2(1981) every Halloween. Jamie lee Curtis is a great actress and an inspiration. She is Laurie Strode, the lone survivor of Micheal Myers.
