We had gotten a free upgrade rental to one of these is 2021. It was a nice and comfortable car. Put it in sand mode and got through about like 9 inches of soft sand at the beach with no effort. (Sand was up to almost the bottom of the door. But it had so many quirks that I would never have bought one. Different sized cup holders so only one person got a large drink. Huge center console and cheap plastic around the windshield that would flex and creak when I grabbed it to help get in and out, etc etc… edit-it did have a great sound system though. Miss that! Looks like they fixed the cup holder oddity too.
One of my favorites when it comes to looks. Its a car that owners know you're checking out 😍 I have seen improvement in reliability scores for the brand too. Well done Land Rover/Range Rover...the name is still a mouth full, but hardly a deal breaker.
Always loved the looks of almost every Land Rover. Just can’t imaging taking this over a GV70 for the same price you get better luxury, more tech, room and power.
Insane how many other manufacturers have copied the general design styling cues of this model. Jeep is most blatant. Ford simply supersized it in their Explorer. Hyundai Santa Fe has a copycat interior. Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross simply covered it in chrome accents.
I would really like to buy a used “22-“23 model. I’m not finding much information from past owners, does anyone know how the reliability may be on the newer models?
I just ordered this as my new company car and my colleagues are already making fun of me for picking a womans car :( I cannot even back out now, I am in too deep...
@@Loachie90 Wealthy people typically buy new or lease so they don't have to really deal with long-term reliability. Mercedes and BMW are also very unreliable, yet they have no issues selling.
Hey Lyn, I think you forgot to throw in the part about how unreliable Range Rovers are. How owners can expect to have their car in the shop at all times.
@@BoldBrandFlakes family members had been leasing range rovers since 2008 and never been stranded and never had a problem. Range Rover will be my next lease vehicle.
Amazing car but this lady is trying to mislead people putting the passenger seat on a extreme position. If you can not do your job objectively, look for something else to do.
All the poor people complain about reliability but me and my parents and family members been leasing Range Rovers since 2007 and never had any problems and never been stranded. Only the lower class complain about this vehicle brand.
Total piece of garbage-overpriced-does not hold its value-problems galore-wait a couple of years you can get one half price-$60 grand for this garbage truck-all right.
I’m on my 2nd Evoque no complaints love it and planning to buy my 3rd!
Price has really increased. You used to be able to get a base model under 43k.
Love watching your reviews on Land Rover SUVs. They are so cool!
love it ! its height of the gap from the ground has been increased compared to the older version

Perfect vehicle for those 5'4" tall and shorter!

Anyone else notice the combined (36mpg) mileage is greater than the City (20mpg) and Highway(mpg)? The math just isn’t mathing Lyn!
LOL Came in to the comment section to see if I was just low on sugar.. lol
Nice vehicle! I’ve driven a few and really liked them. On my watchlist for my next vehicle.

Great review Lyn!
Good review!
This is my dream car, God Please! even if it's the 2012 model 🙏

Buy a used lease return with low milage . Great reliable little suv . More unique style than BBA .
Im still waiting for the middle child Range Rover Discovery to get a complete overhaul
yep, the D5 is definitely do for a refresh. it's been the same since what, 2021 or '22?
Definitely stylish, but dependability is questionable?
Why are you happy there's no longer a coupe or convertible model???
I gotta say, the interior looked unimpressive, especially for that pricepoint.
Good to lease, bad to buy.
20 miles in the city, 28 miles on the highway... and yet Kelly Bluebook says the average is 36 !?!?!?!
Interesting math. Editor! check your graphics
I thought this was out of production! ? WTH. Is there still a 2 door model available?
No the discontinued that model
36 combined mpg? Lol ii think I caught a typo
36mpg combined? 4:40
And very low on reliability.
People with money don’t buy it for reliability 😂
Amazing how people are willing to spend money on brittle things and call it luxury

Land rover. Wendy
Give me any spec fullsize RR/RR sport, Land Rover Discovery 5, bmw X3 or even a Rav4 prime over that well polished turd
