Nice work. I love the Mini 2. It’s insanely capable for such a small package but the jerking gimbal is staring to annoy me. They really should have made it more stable. I also wished it came with a splatter profile for better grading options.
Yes, but it is not a pro drone I feel, they will push you to go to the air 2 which offers all of that.

Awesome shots. Two questions:
1. What settings were you using for shooting? ISO? Shutter Speed?
2. Have you crashed it yet?
1. iso 100 for day, and auto iso for night shutter speed set to auto. 2. Nope I sold it about a week after I uploaded this video, but if you look on my channel I had a mavic air 2 crash.

@Mike s in daylight it's similar, but less dynamic range, you will notice the difference on a 4k monitor or big screen TV but on a phone or laptop it's pretty similar. At night the air 2 is much better due to the larger sensor.

I have done some slight contrast & saturation adjustments, other than that no editing for sharpness, are you shooting in the daylight on 4k? It can also help to check that your lens is clean and free of smudges.

When you consider you can get an normal video/photo Camara with that amount of money. I think this is way more fun and cooler.

Great work, these shots look awesome! Maybe some were a little bit too fast but maybe that's because I'm tired at the moment. Is it possible to transfer the footage wirelessly between the Mini 2 and and iPhone and/or PC somehow? I'm planning on getting one later this year.

@@islanderstalents8342 mostly normal and speed up the footage, sports mode can be really jerky and not good for nice footage,

Hi Nicholas! Good question! The DJI Mini 2 does not currently have activetrack, but sometimes 3rd party apps can get you the ability, I just use the auto follow modes like the circle and drone, I accidentally called it activetrack in this video, I do find that it does track and follow you around when you use the circle mode but it's not as good as the Mavic pro 2 or the Mavic air 2 when it comes to tracking.

I’m pretty sure it’s just DJI Mavic mini 2 with some maybe coloration editing
No lenses used, most shots I have boosted the saturation a but but that's it, also I spend up some shots so the video wasn't boring.

Ok, lets be honest, it doesn't look cinematic. Why? Is it because there arent enough pixels or you didnt film it in 24 fps? (Nice shots though)
One thing I don’t like about my Spark is that video is too choppy in sport mode, and too slow without it. Do you find yourself needing to speed up a lot of footage?
50% of the footage is sped up haha but I don't mind doing it, just takes longer to get the shot.

Only vibrancy adjustment, no other grading was done, I used imovie so you dont have crazy editing there XD

You are right, I used the circle follow mode to get it to track me.

Yep it's quickshots, it does actively try to follow you when using them so that's why I mistakenly called it active track
Is this RAW footage?
It's just h264 codec from the drone itself, mavic mini doesn't shoot raw video.
What sd card do u use?

Only some 2.7k parts of the video, where I then slow it down to 30fps but I would say 95% of this video is 30fps 4k or 2.7k

Great footage! I feel like the faster shots would have benefited from being filmed in 60 frames per second tho. It seems those shot don't have has much details and instead of seeing blurryness it simply looks flat.

@@Lens_Addict 2.7 k would still look better at 60fps in high speed shots. I might be wrong but it's worth trying.
@@simonmonty7171 True, but then low light gathering ability is halved vs 30fps as your minimum shutter speed goes from 1/30 to 1/60
@@Lens_Addict the minimum shutter speed should already be 1/60 if shooting in 30 fps to respect the 180 rule to ensure you have natural motion blur. If filming in 60fps you would need to have a shutterspeed of 1/120 and in broad day light, this is far enough light coming in, probably even too much if not using nd filters.
