Yes, bass player (Haru) know how to growl, for sure! In older line up, it was guitarist Misa (not the Band Maid one, but another one! 🙂) who did growling, but when she left the band Haru step up and take this task for herself! You could see how Japanese bands are very dedicated and determined with their music and bands! If you like growling and screaming, you must check Japanese band "Broken by the Scream"! It consist of 2 "clean vocals", one "high pitch screamer" and one "low growler" (all girls!) supported by 3 very good musicians from "Zombie Band"! Completely crazy combination, but you gonna like them a lot, if you like screaming and growling! I recommend their song's "Sayonara Birthday" and " -アイハキミノモノ-" for the start, but they doing chaos on every song, and also they have a number of live performances on their YT Channel!
I love this song. It gives me Opeth vibes, who I love. Sometimes though they get a little too pop for me but even in those songs there is always something I like. Like the opening and bridge in Bloody Bride are really kick ass. I generally like their older thrash stuff like Light In The Dark and GAME.
A lot of us fans of Bridear used the word "masterpiece" to describe this epic track. It was my favorite song from last year. They will be the only Japanese band to tour outside of Japan for the second time in the last year to parts of the EU and the UK starting next month. The London show will be recorded for use in a first ever live album from Bridear. The vocalist and bassist are founding members and the rest are new from a few years back. They released three albums with this line up. The guitarist with the blue guitar stepped away for health reason and was recently replaced with another permanent player. The drummer is Natsumi who played in now disbanded Telecide which also had clean and harsh vocalists. You mentioned only a few great female fronted or all female rock and metal band of the mountain of them over their. Enjoy your journey exploring them all. You will also find many connections between a lot them on your way. Destrose for one is where many of the bands we have today have their roots.
I think you'll end up really liking Bridear. Some of my favorites from their slightly older incarnations are Ignite, Ghoul, Bloody Bride. Very creative and mature song writing. The singer's voice will start to "make sense" the more you listen to them. I love her style now with this band.
Bridear are fantastic!! A few weeks ago one of the guitarists, Misaki left the band for health reasons. Moe has taken the spot alongside Ayumi!! Natsumi is a beast on the drums yes!! 🤘😄🤘
If you don’t know Deviloof, I highly recommend them. They are one of my favorite Japanese metal bands. Start with their video for the the song Torture (GouZinZanGoku) 🤘🏻😈
"Brave New World" title come from Aldous Huxley's famous novel. Great great book. This is no cover but an original song. It's Bridear at their most prog, they're usually more straight heavy. Saw them live last year, and they're coming back to UK and Europe next month. I love that band. Try "Ignite"
Bridear are a fantastic band, I am lucky to have tickets to see the live in UK in two weeks...Try checking out Merging Moon with the song Greyen, the singer Yu Umehara has the best range I've ever heard, she is incredible...th-cam.com/video/sIL-vgHNOu0/w-d-xo.html
I know you like good old thrash metal.... Even though Brave new world is a great track, in my opinion Bridear's best song is still "Thread of light" from 2013: th-cam.com/video/enbjKqMOTe4/w-d-xo.html
This is a good song but to my ears most newer Bridear is too generic for me. Try some older Bridear like LIght in the Dark, Thread of Light or Scream. One of their old guitar players Misa actually rivaled Saki as my guitarist.

I just saw that you already did a few of their songs! Well, you could do some of them you didn't react, anyway! 🙂
