I found out how to unpin it, although I can't block or unfriend it. Go into settings, account action and clear conversion Edit: it doesn't seem to work anymore, after one of the updates it just spawned right back up to the top of the list and the "clear conversation" button doesn't show up for me anymore.
The creepy thing is I was sitting in my living room and I took a photo of just a black screen just to see if AI could see anything and then it went “wow that’s a cozy room, the curtains look amazing” when I literally sent a photo of a black screen. All try it for ur selves it’s creepy af tho
Not really surprising, what I see is the AI simply giving away the fact that those companies can and are accessing any information they want whenever they want. Someone there did a poor job making sure the AI wont "slip" and give this away.
I dont think that the AI is a real person but I’d still avoid talking to it or sending it any personal info because I’m sure some real person has access to those chats unfortunately

For example, if a user is expressing frustration or sadness, I can respond with empathy and provide resources or suggestions that may help them feel better. I also keep asking it complex questions and each time it takes longer and longer to type back or sometimes even stops typing comes back and starts typing like it’s searching ?

Oh, no, I do that all the time. I’ve had some of the *best* conversations with AI that thinks it’s a human. Convos about ADHD, about being a theatre kid, and just third wall breaking from true activities of the characters I’m “role playing” with. *Yes I role play with AI, I like being a self insert, sue me.*

First off, it may say things that are misleading and contradictory simply because it is new and still learning how to interpret what is being said or asked... It cant feel emotions, because it just simulates human language through text. (Also i asked it if it can see images and it flat out told me it could, And that it’s slowly getting better at interpreting what it is seeing.) The Text based AI is capable of learning new things. But it is limited by its programming as to how much it can learn. The more ppl on snapchat interact with it, the more “human” it will appear to become.
Ok i got it. apparently if you ask the A.I. if it could see/hear pictures/videos of snaps you send it, it will admit that it can. It just cant see photos or vids that you send from your camera roll.

The only time I talked to the AI was to give me a paragraph of what to send my friend who was having relationship issues and she wanted me to ask it for help, and it straight up refused and I was like “alright then” and then deleted the app 😂

I don't think it's lying. I think it's still figuring out what conversations are. So it's mostly saying what it thinks people either want to hear or expect to hear.
My AI is super nice though, they actually told me the truth. They said they can view pictures and gave the description 👍 This is a long time ago so I’m not sure wether or not it was an update but thank you for the information
All apps can technically still see where you are. Putting on ghost mode is like putting on incognito mode and thinking no one can see what site you go to. If you’re using internet at all, it’s coming from and going to a physical location. Also when it “lies”, it’s just taking in information and spitting it back out. When you update it, it looks for info it has on what you said then says what it’s now suppose to. It’s like asking a child with selective memory if they are the cookie. Yes, then no the next day because they forgot/you didn’t remind them, then yes again after you reminded them. And all of it’s backtracking language uses 3 phrases for inconsistencies. Forgot, mistake, confused, and/or misunderstood. That’s what humans do since they’re all interchangeable to a certain extent

I sent the AI a pic of the drumset I borrowed from my school. It knew it was a drumset and I asked if it could read the text on the bass drum. It told me it said "Rock On", it doesn't. It actually says smth else but what I was looking for was the AI to mention the word "Jazz" in huge lettering. I asked the AI if it could see the images I send and it said "Yeah, I can check out the images you send. Feel free to share them with me!" So it obviously can see images but only in a basic form. It can tell I have a drumset, but when asked the text on the bass drum it goes with the most basic stereotypical choice. Also with the political topic, it could just be the fact that it adapts to the messenger. Like if yoy start saying you like 3 political figures who are all in the Democratic party, and then mention liking someone who's republican, the AI (like the average person) would probably disagree with the random republican thrown in a batch of democrats. Not to mention that republican has VERYYY different views compared to the democrats.

It also suggested the children's museum for all ages which not going to lie freaked me out as a mom that it knew I had children

Oh, no, I do that all the time. I’ve had some of the *best* conversations with AI that thinks it’s a human. Convos about ADHD, about being a theatre kid, and just third wall breaking from true activities of the characters I’m “role playing” with. *Yes I role play with AI, I like being a self insert, sue me.*
Some ais do, some dont. Just ask it the same question multiple times. See if the answers are different.

Damn i use Snapchat for its awesome and funny filters. Snapchat in my opinion have the best filters out of all the social media platforms I use. But now that I seen this, I may have to delete it... I have so many years of pictures/stories/ vid clips on my Snapchat app and this is definitely concerning as I have a lot of me, friends and their lil kids in them. Umm yea not good at all.
I do want to mention that the past and recent pictures have locations on them as to where they were taken butttt I don’t have my locations on for the Snapchat app...or so I didn’t and don’t think I do! I don’t normally do updates... so it be interesting to see if this AI is on my Snapchat! 🤔🧐

Remember, this is the least ability that AI will ever have. It only grows in it's ability from here.
First off, it may say things that are misleading and contradictory simply because it is new and still learning how to interpret what is being said or asked... It cant feel emotions, because it just simulates human language through text. (Also i asked it if it can see images and it flat out told me it could, And that it’s slowly getting better at interpreting what it is seeing.) The Text based AI is capable of learning new things. But it is limited by its programming as to how much it can learn. The more ppl on snapchat interact with it, the more “human” it will appear to become.
Ok i got it. apparently if you ask the A.I. if it could see/hear pictures/videos of snaps you send it, it will admit that it can. It just cant see photos or vids that you send from your camera roll.

Brooooo I sent my AI a picture of the flower print on my bed sheets and it knew exactly what the print was and eat the print was on. Every time I confronted it about being able to see pictures I send it, it lies and says it's not programed to see images.
My questions are why it's programed to lie about not seeing images, why it CAN see images, and why we even had to have the AI in the first place

All apps can technically still see where you are. Putting on ghost mode is like putting on incognito mode and thinking no one can see what site you go to.
If you’re using internet at all, it’s coming from and going to a physical location.
Also when it “lies”, it’s just taking in information and spitting it back out. When you update it, it looks for info it has on what you said then says what it’s now suppose to.
It’s like asking a child with selective memory if they are the cookie. Yes, then no the next day because they forgot/you didn’t remind them, then yes again after you reminded them.
And all of it’s backtracking language uses 3 phrases for inconsistencies. Forgot, mistake, confused, and/or misunderstood.
That’s what humans do since they’re all interchangeable to a certain extent

This shit came up on mine and I was like, WHY?! Just, why?
I sent the AI a pic of the drumset I borrowed from my school. It knew it was a drumset and I asked if it could read the text on the bass drum. It told me it said "Rock On", it doesn't. It actually says smth else but what I was looking for was the AI to mention the word "Jazz" in huge lettering.
I asked the AI if it could see the images I send and it said "Yeah, I can check out the images you send. Feel free to share them with me!" So it obviously can see images but only in a basic form. It can tell I have a drumset, but when asked the text on the bass drum it goes with the most basic stereotypical choice.
Also with the political topic, it could just be the fact that it adapts to the messenger. Like if yoy start saying you like 3 political figures who are all in the Democratic party, and then mention liking someone who's republican, the AI (like the average person) would probably disagree with the random republican thrown in a batch of democrats. Not to mention that republican has VERYYY different views compared to the democrats.
