Hi both, I never knew that you can cook a cheesecake in my Cosori pressure cooker, you are brilliant at showing how to use these appliances, why don’t you ask people to send in successful recipes, using air fryers and pressure cooker’s ? Your both so good at this.Get well soon Sharon,
Big hugs and love Sue & Ben (Woodhall Spa)xx
Thanks so much Sue😊
I use sour cream instead of cream and mix some with sugar for the topping. I also use a smaller diameter but higher tin . I think the problem with timing may have been the lemon juice to be honest...just needed that bit longer. You can also bake the base first to make it more crunchy. Yours looks lovely
Hope Sharon soon feels better and Martian makes you plenty of cups of tea like the cheese cake 🥰
Get well soon,Sharon!! You are a great sport making this recipe when you weren't feeling well
What a fantastic one never thought about using different biscuits 👍🏻. Get well soon Mrs B 😢
It looks lovely. I wondered like Sharon it could be because adding the lemon juice meant it was more runny..... adding the extra time worked perfectly.
Could be
Love you both , hope you feel better soon Sharon ❤
I like that you beak the eggs separately in case of a problem. So many cooks don't. Looks like a lovely cheesecake. Yum.
Also wanted to share that for 1st time in years and years my direct debit has come down a whopping £38 per month on electricity .I think it's because our home swopped to airfryers and pressure pot, has to be because that's all weve changed
Looks amazing having lots of issues with my cossori pressure cooker works one time then another time doesnt baby frank is adorable hope you feel better soon sharon
Wondered if you did the pre warm up in the pressure cooker and that’s why it didn’t cook right through the first time. Think I will try bourbon creams in the one I am going to try. Thankyou beautiful people you are so real and true to life. Love as always xxx
Oh dear Sharen, I'm just getting over the sore throat bug, expect 2 days of coughing in 2 days, and get plenty of tissues in. I'm on the 6th day and hoping it's the end of it. sore stomach muscles. great vids
Went to my local butchers, had a long chat with the boys about cooking in air fryer, two of them knew as they do have them, however they looked amazed when I said you can cook this, that and the other,
One of them said how do you know all about it, I said I follow Sharon and Martin, they said who are they, 🤣😂🤣😂
I have explained who you are, and they are going to tune in 😂🤣👍
lol Suzy. Cheers.
I've made a similar lemon cheesecake recipe using ginger biscuits and putting some raspberries in as well. Hope you feel better soon Sharon xx
Thanks hope u feel better soon sharon x
Oh bless you Sharon appreciate your appearance but your health comes first. As you well know as you're very sensible. My husband and daughter have been ill with a chesty cold for nearly 4 weeks now. Hopefully Sharon you will recover soon
Thank you, feeling a bit better now.
I love cheesecake and have only had packet ones, must give this a try as no preservatives in it . Thanks for this. Baby Frank is adorable.
Hope you feel better soon Sharon I've been poorly with chest infection just started to feel better enjoyed your video and baby frank chatting away in the background 🥰🤗 x
Thanks get better soon Sharon
❤This cheese cake looks so yummy. Also i have an idea for making lifting out anything that has to have foil around it.. If you pull off enough foil, to go from the base of the cake tin. or pudding bowl and bring up the foil to the center and twist it. Its slot easier to get out of the pressure pot. Works well every time. That's how i cook my puddings.
As you can just hold the twisted foil top and lift out. I hope this helps you.with less risk of getting burned. Heavy duty baking foil is the best to use.
For something even quicker and no cooking. Make your base them whisk up a packet of angle delight. Pop it on the top then into the fridge until you want it.
The Beck in Mablethorpe you've been before for Carverys, now gone down to 5.99 for a standard Carvery (winter price) Wed to Saturday just to let you know
Wow, great price and a great meal.
The 40g of cream cheese you missed out and the added liquid from the lemon would have definitely been the issue with the cooking time. It looks amazing and will be going on my list of instant pot recipes to try, keep up the good work.
Thank for again for a lovely video. ❤❤
There is nothing better than a homemade cheese cake. well done, Hope your feeling better soon Sharon 👍
Cheers Nev
Greetings from marbella! Hi Martin & Sharon, just watched the Mac master with you both on it at the chip shop, read my comments, well done! Good cheese cake by the way 😉😉😁😁
Our vid is on at 8pm tonight Bill.
Hello you two and baby Frank. You guys nailed it with the cheesecake
Feel better Sharon and stay warm. Love your videos and your beautiful family including the fur babies❤
Thanks so much Celia.
Hi Martin and Sharon, it looked really good, I like lemon cheese cake. I've just made my Xmas cake in the dual blaze, it was in for 1 hour 40 mins on 130 degrees, I even covered it with foil after the first hour. I'm not very happy with it, it's very hard on the top. If i'd done it in my Neff fan oven it would have taken 1 hour and 15 mins, i always add a dish of water so it doesn't dry out. Next year i'll go back to the main oven
That looks bloody lovely! Hope you feel better Sharon! I'm laid up poorly with flu...so binge watching your Vids again ❤
Hope you feel better soon Gemma.
Get better soon Sharon

That looked scrumptious. I do love a sweet. My favourite part of a meal when I go out. 😊

You can just bake it too.
One of my faverite deserts. That looks delicious.Hello baby Frank. All the best to you all.
Cheers Mart
Instead of lemon, try rum soaked rausuns bext time. When done, slighty golden brown under the brouler/salamander. Chill as ysyal. Enjoy ❤
Looks lovely
Looks great 👍
Thanks 👍
Great video guys. We use ginger nut biscuits for the base, which adds a nice little kick…
Yes, we did pick a packet up in the shop and was going to use them.
@@butlersempire we’re looking forward to Christmas video. Keep up the good work and all the best for 2024 👍

Hope Sharon feels better soon
From New Zealand been watching you guys ova a year now maybe more lol.thank you for your channel but being in different time zones dont no if you will get this.bit werid day ahead of you lot lol.
To be honest, I thought the lemon juice might cause a bit of a problem as it is a little bit of extra liquid but figured you would be smart enough to overcome it in the end.😄
You plodded on magnificently Sharon ❤
Hi to you both and Merry Christmas to you and your Family. I wanted to say that My wife and I just made a cheesecake in the Ninja 15 in 1 and it came out amazing. We followed the recipe that was in the book but with some changes. We used fresh fruit instead of frozen and used 300ml of water in the bottom. We also doubled up on the amount of biscuit for the base also added crushed pecans as well as the zest from a full orange. We added 2 caps of orange essence to the cheesecake mixture. We also added 5 minutes extra to the cook time. We also used our stand mixer for the cheesecake mix as it makes all the difference...You should try it as you will love it... It came out really nice thick and heavy and I know you both would love it. We added a part of a can of princess cherry pie filling on the top to 😁😁👍👍😁😁👍👍I hope you try it and take care and be safe.
Sounds great, Nice one.
Just wanted to say I have just found your channel and have been watching your other videos ,as I have not long ago got an air fryer ,I was struggling to find recipes,I am so glad that you both take time to do videos that are informative as well as fun I especially liked the the Christmas dinner one , I am watching as many of your videos as I can and have already learned a great deal and I am much more confident with using my equipment
Awesome, thank you Elizabeth.
I did this and an apple and mincemeat crumble with an oat and cinnamon topping for Christmas dinner. Both were lovely.
Ahhhhh Sharon!!!!! I felt that blade on my finger just as you said it. I'm going to be VERY CAREFUL in future❤
Sorry forgot to say, whisk the double cream till it’s thick before adding it to the mix.
Hope Sharon ,s sore throat is better in the morning, good video
Outstanding 👍
I have severed cooked a cheese cake only made a none cooked one
Aww sharon and martin the cheese cake look yum , well done for correcting the fault , in the end it looked perfect, hope your soon well , enjoy your weekend , hi frankie your a good boy ☃️
I was thinking the lemon juice made too much fluid? It looks lovely . Get well soon Sharon
If you leave out the eggs and chill it in the fridge,it’s a fantastic cheesecake .❤️ merry Christmas to you both ❤️☃️
Hope you are feeling better soon Sharon, lot of it about. Cheesecake looks yummy. ❤
I would put the foil shinny side down as it reflects heat and the other side absorbs.
Nice one shaz mart & frankie
Hi Sharon just tried this cheese cake it was nice if only id remember to have put the sugar in 🤣🤣
How’s vegtastic mum ? Xxxx give her my love xxxx
Hi Sharron and Martin
Have you ever tried vanilla bean in a jar , it is so flavoursome. A bit more expensive but in my opinion much nicer. Looked very nice in the end . I would think the lemon would give it a nice fresh taste, hehe I just thought as you said it Martin about the coulis. One thing I put on my cheesecakes, is pie filling black cherry in sauce. It’s really thick. Mind it it is harder to find the black cherry pie filling these days for some reason.
Yes we have tried that Karen, very nice too.
Ahh Sharon you're a trooper, still making the cheesecake when you could just do with a hot chocolate and sitting with your feet up bless you. The cheesecake did look lovely though and it was lovely to see baby Frank too. Get well soon best wishes Angelaxx
Oh I love cheesecake. That’s one I’m definitely going to try. Thank you so much for showing it, especially when you’re not feeling the best Sharon. I’ve got the Ninja food processor too. I’m on blood thinners so have to be really careful around the sharp blades. I use the silicone oven gloves (the same ones you’ve got) when handling/washing them. Wishing you better . Mandy 😁😁😁
Thank you so much Mandy😁
Glad to see you also can get it wrong first time but lovely to see the final result looks tasty mmm xx
Hi Martin and Sharon,i also love one pot wonders thanks every much for all the recipes i always look forward to your videos ❤
Thanks so much
Yummy got there eventually
Hello both brill recipe again, Sharon your a star and yes it would have been the lemon juice added that made it a little bit more moist. But you know what it's the taste that's important in the end. Baby frank is what we would call in the east end of London, an" uffie ted" he's gawgus baby. Now Martin dear your lovely wife is amazing so let her teach you how to cook darling. The end result looked perfect to me. 😃love yas both.🙂
Great review
Frank is so handsome xxx
Hi Sharon and Martin. Could Sharon please wear her microphone more. I can't always hear her. Get well soon. Thank you.
Hi folks don’t worry about it night 💖❤️love Mary

I went to see pretty woman at Woking theatre tonight ,in the interval I watched this see where ever you go you have no excuse not to tune in to the butlers empire. Hope you feel better soon Sharon 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
Thank you so much Susan😁
Oh yum ! 😋
Mmmm
Love you both 💜🙏🏼💜
Amazing job again Martin and Sharon i like cheese cake but not keen on the biscuit base 👍👍👍👍
Looks delicious 😊
You know the saying "Cooking's an art, baking's a science". Adding the lemon juice was a courageous act as it changes the chemical balance of the mix. Thanks to your experience Sharon you stayed cool and saved the day with extra cooking😂. I did it with a sponge cake ... . Lets just say the birds enjoyed it 😂😂😂😂😮
I had to laugh 😂 & comment that I was concerned about Martin violating the uncooked centre of the cheesecake first go around... Always enjoy your videos. Brenda 🇨🇦💗
Any chance that you guys could do a gluten free bread video?
Will you be doing a review on the Ninja Foodi 3 in 1 toaster/grill ?
We don't have one.
@@butlersempire pity that. Would love your review on one.
Not one pot wonder as you used another for cooking but looked ok.
Thank you
That is a proper baked cheesecake! Beats the lazy uncooked ones every time. Honey and lemon for your throat Sharon, take care.
I love the emotion that Martin puts into the videos! You guys are great! Be well and stay safe!
