They’re saying it cost for 1 billion but how much does it cost to keep expanding the highways in Florida in Orlando? They’re constantly adding more lanes and more interchanges in Orlando Personally, I enjoy riding this train rather than driving from Orlando to Winter Park or to Sanford, for example very relaxing and inexpensive.
An east (MCO) to west bound (OCCC/Disney Springs) expansion is needed. It might cost money for the taxpayers, but in the long run you will get the profit back due to the amount of tourism and locals riding the SunRail to visit the attractions and the workers that actually needs transportation to go to work on I-Drive or downtown Orlando. Once that phase is up, we need more bus lanes/routes or what Kissimmee is doing with FreeBee having self automated teslas that’s free to use to get to those stations.
Yes, yes we really need this train to expand, !!! the traffic with the cars is becoming horrendous all the time, new suburbs, being built by the dozens in Orlando and around Orlando, and on the way to Orlando
I was on the train about a month ago, and I saw a big group of elderly people riding it from some town up north. I don’t know if it was Debary or Sanford but maybe they were in a group going down to Winter Park or Orlando. I think the train is helpful for this group. that doesn’t like to get in heavy traffic but lives in a small town north of Orlando or south of Orlando.
If they do expand it, they’re gonna have to run more cars because two’s not gonna cut it going to Disney spring that’s gonna be packed especially stopping at the convention center
I believe part of this proposed corridor's construction and operating costs will be shared with Brightline as part of their Tampa expansion.

Also isn't Bright line footing a good bit of that line?

They’re apparently buying more cars and Locomotives as they expand to OIA in the near future
True, but I think you always keep analyzing it from the beginning to later on
